Vertex AI offeres various types of DeepLearning Models via APIs for task specific vision, speech and language models. I have extensively used the language model PaLM 2, for summirization, classification and named entity recognition. The AutoML feature enables automatic best hyperparameter tuning capoabilities which comes handy during the inintial experiments. Our team uses ML model explainability feature to better understand and validate the prediction of the model. I interact with Vertex AI almost everyday to build and easily integrate ML solutions.

I would like to mention that Vertex AI is smooth, easy to go prompting solution by Google.
