What do you like best about Google Slides?

Ease of creating presentations & working together with multiple teams within our company. Very easy to customize the slides and create unique presentations. Using it on a weekly basis to present data over slides by adding multiple features available such as graphs, table, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Slides?

Never faced any issues or found any problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Slides solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sharing the presentation slides with team members. While connecting with new clients, we simply show our presentations as these are stored in our cloud. If we feel that some changes are needed, we simply share the edit access to new members so that they can also present their ideas and suggest changes. Some of the new guys also make a copy of the main presentation, then they modify as per their requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Google Slides?

Google Slide is a free Microsoft Powerpoint. Not only that it is free, some of its function is even better than Microsoft Powerpoint. First, Google Slides save every progress you make, therefore, you will never lose any progress. Second, Google Slides performs way better when there are a lot of people editing Microsoft Powerpoint. Third, Googel Slides always keep your file in the cloud and it will never be lost.Fourth, Google Slides can be use on any browser. Fifth, Google Slides can be integrated with other browser, for instance, Grammarly to improve the written content. And, lastly, Google Slides indeed offer a better slide design than the Microsoft Powerpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Slides?

Drawbacks definitely exist, however, nothing to really complain about because it is free. First, Google Slides doesn't have as much customization options and functions as Microsoft Powerpoint. For instance, less font, cannot remove background, insert more shapes and etc. Second, and the most important one would be that Google Slides require internet to run. If using it offline, I belive that Powerpoint is better. Lastly, Google Slides tend to lag on a poor performance computer. My Macbook Air 2015 cannot run Google Slides when there is more than 20 slides. However, Powerpoint running on my Macbook Air 2015 performs way better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Google Slides:

If you don't have Powerpoint, Google Slides is a respectable alternative. However, if you need an advance presentation tool that is reliable 100% of the time, I still suggest powerpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Slides solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you don't have Powerpoint, Google Slides is an alternative especially for Windows computer. If you use Mac, you have a default app to make presentation called Keynotes. However, not everyone use Mac and Keynotes cannot be fully opened nicely with all of its function active on a Windows computer. Sharing it to your friend might be an issue. What do you like best about Google Slides?

It was great to use Google slides when I was virtually teaching because it was easy to create the work on the slides for the kids to do. It was also very easy to make it more interactive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Slides?

What I disliked would have to be having to change the font size sometimes the kids would have a hard time seeing it but since it was on a slide you could not really change it or it would be off the slide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Google Slides:

If you want it worksheet size make sure you change the slide size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Slides solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems I am solving with Google Slides is being able to give my students work virtually and in person using slides and Google classroom! I love being able to see their work right away and seeing if it is fully completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
