I find that Google Cloud SQL could be more user-friendly for those who are not deeply familiar with its features. The only think I dislike about GCP Cloud is that some bugs that are still in place and need to be resolved by the Product Engineering team from google. Also its cost, as it becomes expensive for large-scale applications or high-traffic websites.
