It has inbuilt version control which is super useful in tracking changes and move back to previous version in case of any instability in the sytem. It can be overwhelming for people not from tech background to understand the intracies of this tool, however it has not been problem for engineers like me. I do think a limited cross-platform cloud support is one of the downside compared to other multi-cloud management tools. The dashboard provides the user with a number of options and guides which make the management of resources in cloud within everyone's reach.
