We have full control on the DNS settings of our domain without using any 3rd party tool or service. The new/updated records propagate quickly, which is great when switching your domain to a new server with a new IP. No matter how many times I updated the DNS records, no matter how long I waited, the records never propagated. This lead me to search for other alternatives and that's when we turned to Google Cloud DNS. Google Cloud DNS is quick and easy to set up, the records propagate fast, and it's right there with the rest of the Google Cloud Services that we use.
