What do you like best about Google Analytics for G Suite?

Comprehensive reporting to determine user journey, entrance and exits, webpage metrics, and overall performance. Segmentation and personalization is a key aspect of our business which is greatly supported via the user groups and demographic tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics for G Suite?

The user interface is not intuitive, making the experience extremely difficult for new users and to train other staff members on use. Ease of use is something that should be improved. We've also found that customer support can be less-than desired with a tendancy for long wait times and unresolved tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Analytics for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Understanding all aspects of our webpage marketing. Learning who is visiting our site, when they are visiting our site, and trends help us consistantly moniter our marketing teams performance and support generation of qualified leads for our sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
