Ability to schedule on my calendar without all the back and forth. People can see open slots on my calendar and schedule directly. GT then confirms and send both of us a calendar invite, saving me lots of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI could be cleaner. Managing templates and navigating between them kind of clunky. I still don't really understand how to set them up and the learning curve to pick up GT takes some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
