Goodstack has been an incredibly valuable partner. From my point of view, there are two areas where there could be room for improvement. Although the percentage of false negatives in the validation process is low, I would love to see this percentage drop to zero –– this would ensure that no eligible nonprofit are inadvertently overlooked. Additionally, having access to more detailed analytics would be incredibly beneficial, as they would help my team refine our strategies and further grow our impact in the nonprofit sector.
