The customizable link names and easy access in the URL bar make GoLinks simple and efficient for accessing commonly needed resources.

I have trouble tracking the activity in the GoLinks
Another feature that would be great if it were easier to find and use is access management of the Links. For instance, if I only want a cohort of internal folks to be able to view/access the GoLink for more private resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about GoLinks is the seamless and efficient access it provides to my favorite internal customized websites. Instead of navigating through multiple clicks, the short GoLink URLs allow me to save valuable seconds during each visit, making the overall experience incredibly convenient and time-saving. What I dislike about GoLinks is the initial frustration I experienced when the GoLink URL didn't work seamlessly out of the box on our internal wiki. The lack of awareness about the need for an additional Chrome plugin added an extra layer of inconvenience. If GoLinks could find a way to make the tool work more intuitively without requiring additional plugins, it would elevate its usability to a perfect 10 out of 10. The dashboard to see who has internally looked at the links and what movement there has been on the links is great for visibility.
Also, being able to categories bodies of knowledge into links is fantastic.
We found it easy to use and it took us less than a day to get started with it and set up our internal team to use it.

The fact that Golinks is not yet allowing links to be shared externally really limits it a s a one-stop shop for all knowledge management.

Extremely helpful tool to use. My first time to use such tool with my current employer and the more time you use it, the more time you will save! It go directly to the pages I need and the only thing you need to do is just memorize a word! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have too much, but like I said, you need to memorize a word. Sometimes, I typoed (Referrals) rather than (Referral) which makes the link did not work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
