What I like/use the most is providing a link to a google sheets pricing calculator and when I need to make changes to the underlying document, I can save/replace new versions and maintain the same GoLink. This makes it easy for users to always find the most current file using the existing GoLink and not have to worry about communicating new links. Very useful for team sharing documents & being able to search for. Otherwise, you always have to check with people to find documents - this is a big time saver for myself and others.
