GoLinks makes it so easy to find/reference important information. We use it widely at my organization across every department. My team uses it specifically for essential resources and regularly referenced dashboards. I don't know how I worked at past organizations without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the Favorites feature, where I can save important links relevant to my role, but seeing all GoLinks associated with a particular department or team would also be cool. That way, we could keep a Team repository. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The things I found most helpful about GoLinks is instead of having to climb a bunch of ladders to get to where I need to go. I hit one link and I`m already there. My company LOVES using GoLinks! We create links for literally everything, so much so that folks can sometimes just guess the name of a go/link to find the exact thing that they are looking for! Some of our favorite GoLinks are go/jira, go/holidays, go/allhands, go/survey, go/confluence, etc. It's great that you can create links for Google documents AND websites, and it's so much better than creating 100 bookmarks in Chrome. How easy it is to create a GoLink that our company can use. We create the links and distribute them to our company and it's easy for them to use. We have used them in our general intranet and linked them to many websites for employee use such as our holiday calendar or employee benefits, etc. Such a useful tool!
