Whenever i need something, i simply write "go/<whatever>" and someone already defined the actual link to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to get suggestions when there are no link attached (ex, when i write something in prulural instead of single) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I am able to quickly and easily access information and documents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Links can be difficult to keep track of so need to have a document with all the links Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Super easy to use, makes my day-to-day roles very simple, quick and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
dont have any dislikes so far but if something were to come up I will have to write another review, so far so good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoLinks has been a perfect addition to my workflow. When I joined my organization, I was already searching for a solution to make important shortcuts more accessible. Discovering my org was already utilizing GoLinks was a happy coincidence! Immediately, GoLinks offered me a friendly experience with intuitive features. Creating and sharing is effortless. Being able to track metrics is a fun tool and a great window into the links your org finds the most useful. I use it every single day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a lot to say here, since I think GoLinks serves its purpose to its fullest. There are small QOL adjustments to be had, like showing up alongside hyperlinks in browser history or more custom search functions. A minor gripe I had is that the onboarding checklist hasn't been completed despite using the product to its capacity daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to remember, manage, and create links. This is especially helpful since companies use a variety of vendors so I just have to remember the GoLink instead of one tool for electing benefits and another tool for stocks, etc. If I ever forget the GoLink for a page, I can visit the library to search for it. I use GoLinks daily and it saves me so much time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is nitpicky but sometimes I get the link slightly off (e.g. make the phrase plural, use an incorrect abbreviation). Instead of giving me an error, it would be great if it would direct me to the closest GoLink or give me suggestions for similar GoLinks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoLinks is the easiest way to integrate a new process into a company! We've primarily used it for automating forms and centralizing info. Need to see the org chart for someone's contact info? Go/org. Need to ship something with someone from our shipment team? Go/ship. Need to send an NDA to a potential supplier? Go/nda. It really could not be easier to use or teach. I have no real downsides to GoLinks. I may not be using it to it's fullest potential but it works exactly the way it should for what I use it for. I don't think most of the team knows how to create their own link but that's because they've never moved past using the easy ones that are already available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating a go-link is easy, and as long as you know the exact go-link itself, you can almost always find what you need. I'm not sure how GoLinks compares to its competitors, but it's pretty handy for the problem it solves by universalizing links under a widespread format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Let's say you want to find a page of an analytical dashboard, but you have no clue about the exact go-link. It would be challenging to find that page, as my experience with GoLinks has been that I need to know the mapping of the go-link to the content to utilize the value of these go-links. Another nuance I find hard is editing someone else's go-link; it takes time and effort to ask the creator of the go-link to potentially update the go-link name, for example. I'm unsure of how edit permissions work in go-links, but some easibility would be excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature about GoLinks is the significant time savings when I am seeking information within our company files. I no longer need to email colleagues to ask where files and folder are located; additionally, I don’t have to nonsensical folder trees or hunt around for files. The only thing I dislike about GoLinks is that not everyone in our organization follows the internal naming convention guidelines. I wish it had logic/AI/ML that would search our directories and automatically created Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a great productivity tool that saves me time multiple times daily. I don't need to think: "Oh, one sec, what is the URL of this website or platform?" or even "Where is this online document? Google Drive? Office 365?". I just set the GoLink to my useful stuff and can get there quickly. Also, the fact the goLinks are shared is nice, and I have a complete set of links already set but my teammates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be appreciable if it would be possible to add a parameter to the go link. Something similar to the custom search engine in Google Chrome. It could make the tool way more powerful and dynamic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
