It's great that I don't have to go back to my SSO dashboard (ex. Okta) multiple times a day to get to my applications. I can easily navigate to the content I need in a matter of seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Access management of the links can be difficult. I'd like to see a feature where only specific individuals can view a particular piece of content or site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps me to forget about complete URLs, and only remember small combinations of words or letters. And if I don't remember something the search bar is my friend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had any dislike for Go Links at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use, and the ability to quickly create links to throw in an internal space for coworkers to utilize!
As a software engineer I'll be using it often, as it's excellent for internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
can't think of anything (yet), but perhaps a more intuitive shortcut to create Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I started as a new employee a couple of months ago, and it's great being able to easily find resources that are commonly used across the company. Yes, having a single portal or a wiki would be nice, but realistically, people will put info in multiple places, and they can't be made to update a wiki page or whatever. Nice thing about golinks is that they can be user-managed. At the same time, there's a nice directory of them, we can see which ones are commonly or recently used, and we can get a little analytics. Helps a great deal in learning what your colleagues are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't yet tried to create a golink, so I don't know how that is.
I don't like that there is (like with every nice focused service) a drive to make it into something that addresses a lot more use cases and increased TAM. Too much VC-brain. Analytics, yes, that's nice. A app marketplace? Come on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Go links helps getting rid of long and nonintuitive links that you use over the day ans save space on your bookmarks bar. By typing the Golink you go straight to the wanted link or it suggest you with other relevant ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I couldn't find anything that I disliked about the product. It took me a while to onboard, but as I onboarded, it was super intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that GoLinks makes for easy management of my links, but my favorite part is that it also allows me to use links created by others in my organization. That way, I get the benefit of everyone's creative uses of the links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't found anything yet! I hope I never do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When onboarding at my new job, GoLinks really helps me out with finding the information I need to onboard and get up to speed with things. If I want to find information on something, I can just do go/whatIneed and I will more than likely find that info! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really that I dislike about GoLinks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to quickly search for items at my company is super helpful, especially the error suggestions. If I have a question about something I can search for it quickly and the error suggestions often bring up something helpful even if I don't know the exactl ink. GoLinks would be much nicer if it had an easy way to set up a desktop shortcut so I could just hit a hotkey and have it search instead of forcing me to go through a browser searchbar directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how GoLinks serve as shared team bookmarks to frequently used websites, and I love how GoLinks serve as a searchable directory of team resources within the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoLinks has two major missing capabilities that competitors have:
(1) The ability to login to multiple accounts. My field-team serving customers needs the ability to login to customer GoLinks accounts as well as our company account, but GoLinks restricts you from being logged into multiple accounts (ideally with alternatives to "go" as the prefix).
(2) The ability to have "personal" go links. My employees want to be able to create go-links for their personal booksmarks that aren't shared wtih the team. Competitors offer the ability to have "my/linkname" in addition to "go/linkname" with my links being linked to the individual's personal account independent from the company.
Additionally, GoLinks is very bad about getting back to customers about feature requests posted in their forums. The support forums feel like a black hole where users go to disappear and never hear from GoLinks again, particularly when it comes to user input on the product.
Lastly, readers of these reviews should be aware that GoLinks is offering users $25 gift cards to write reviews, but to claim the gift card, you have to send GoLinks a screenshot of your review. I am electing to remain anonymous with this honest post, since I'm pointing out both the good and bad, and thus am forgoing the $25 gift card. Whereas if I was merely posting a 5-star review, I'd be more comfortable claiming the gift card. In short, there is an incentive for users to post only good reviews if they want to claim the gift card. So take the large number of 5-star reviews with a grain of salt. It makes hopping from pages within my organization quick and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I forget the go/link options so it would be nice to have them listed somewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
