I know golink from my friend's company where they have been using it for a long time. I always curious and was wondering if it was their internal tool. And now, we got Golink in our company. Go link has revolutionized my daily internal website access, enhancing efficiency by a huge chunk!
I used to have book marks that are poorly organized, or having a hard time recalling the keyword of the internal sites I want to visit. Sometimes wrong keywords would lead me to incorrect sites, wasting time alone and also got me frustrated. With Golink, I can name it whatever name I like, mostly catchy and can be private too. So now whenever I want to access key public sites or team pages, I can simply type go/my assigned names, and it will guide me to the correct site. And it works with both Edge and Chrome making it perfect to two worlds. Definitely recommend to everyone to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Analytics email, not very useful info through for personal users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoLinks is great for quickly setting up short links that everyone on our team can easily remember. It really simplifies how we access important tools and information. The interface is super user-friendly, too, making it a breeze for everyone to get on board and start using it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customization options are somewhat limited, particularly in terms of integrating more deeply with other tools we use, which could enhance functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoLinks is very helpful in making it easy to find and navigate to specific pages within your organization you need. I personally have not used this tool before working at my current company but I'd be really disappointed to go back into a work environment without this tool now as it greatly reduces the need to save, organize and manage bookmarks. You do still need to memorize the keywords you need to associate with each golink but within the scope of my role currently there aren't a ton of pages I need to navigate to so needing to memorize a plethora of keywords has not yet become a nuisance, although I could see this potentially becoming an issue if the number of pages I need to access on a regular basis were to grow. The ease of using it - I didn't know that there's a service/tool like this exist. It actually saves a lot of time and makes your work so efficient because all you have to know is the right word to use for the links. It's so easy sending people to the place where they could find all of the relevant information they need. Referencing experience has never been this great for me! I don't have anything particular I dislike about the tool at this point. I guess you have to experience it for yourself to discover how helpful it really it really is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a person who is bad about saving bookmarks, GoLinks has made a huge difference. I used to just type in a keyword (if I was trying to go to google docs, I'd just type "docs" in the search bar) and that would usually bring me to the last or most frequently used page on that website (in this case, my most freqently used google doc) rather than the homepage. Setting bookmarks doesn't really fix this either -- even though you can label your bookmarks, typing in the bookmark label won't automatically redirect you to the bookmarked page (it will usually bring you to the most visited page that has that keyword). With GoLinks, after setting a keyword for the link I can just type go/"the keyword" and it brings me to the exact page I need, which saves me time and effort. The only downside to GoLinks was the onboarding process -- I hadn't created any of my own links yet, and until I did that the existing GoLinks within my company wouldn't work for me even though I had an account and the browser extenison enabled. It was an easy fix, but it would be better if it wasn't necessary to complete the 4 onboarding steps before you can start using your orgs' links! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoLinks provides an incredibly efficient way to manage and access frequently used links. The simplicity and speed with which I can create and use GoLinks have significantly improved my workflow. I love how I can easily remember and share important URLs with my team without having to search through bookmarks or emails. The customization options and the ability to quickly redirect links are also standout features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While GoLinks is a fantastic tool, there are occasional issues with link management when there are too many redirects. Sometimes, it can get a bit confusing if multiple GoLinks lead to similar destinations. It would be helpful to have more advanced categorization options to better organize and manage the links. It's great for things like Google Docs, that have long hard-to-type URLs - using a Golink is infintely better, more usable, and more memorable than a Google Drive URL. It's also good for pointing everyone to a single "source of truth" - when that truth updates, you can just change the golink destination and everyone can keep using the same old golink, but get the correct new info. People still need to remember the golink name, which is fine in the beginning, but as the company and usage of golinks grows, it can get harder to remember, and you run into conflicts around avaiable names and name collisions (kind of like domain names are now - it can be hard to find a good one that's not taken already). not a lot of UI but I don't really mind it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoLinks saves hundreds of minutes over time for me when it comes to accessing firm-wide resources. It's so intuitive, that I'm surprised I haven't heard of it before.
I use it everyday on a regular basis to open my essential tabs right at the beginning of my day, and use it throughout my day to access high foot-traffic websites that are not easily typed out.
It's seamless and intuitive to use, and I love that you can also see the metrics behind my usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would love to see a subcategory that can be organized by fitting in profiles. For instance, being able to save certain links within certain profiles, in order to reuse the names - depending on what profile you are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stale resource links and occasional broken redirects can slow work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
