This was an immediate solution to a long term issue of converting PSTs to PDFs for our Local Government Entity to process eDiscovery results from MS Purview and provide email records from Exchange Online back to the public in an easily readable PDF format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was nothing to dislike about GoldFynch's solution for processing eDiscovery. The pricing is upfront and you didn't need to contact sales to understand what it costs. While you are using it you can easily contact support and they email right back. They were able to show me how the solution will pro-rate based on storage usage down to the second which really is a brilliant solution for us to easily use this. It's extremely easy to upload documents to GoldFynch's system. The system performs OCR automatically, making every document searchable. You can count on your monthly bill to be what it says online which helps keep litigation costs within budget. The system is very intuitive so it's easy to use. I wish Goldfynch had a "pop-out" screen so I could drag and drop the document image to another screen when reviewing each document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Goldfynch has come in well below many of the other hosted eDiscovery platforms we have tried. By pricing lower and offering other services as add-in's. I wish the download links would either stay up longer than 7 days or somehow hook-into sharepoint or OneDrive. The software is extremely robust. Existing in the cloud, multiple users can access the program simultaneously. Service charges are based on data storage (vs. case creation, users, production, etc.), meaning each case is a standalone charge rather than a huge upfront cost or charges for services not used. Queries are easy to use, and tags make finding and sorting documents a breeze. Whenever I had an issue I couldn't figure out, I would get a response from support in less than a day. Goldfynch allows our firm to use the program as much or as little as needed for each case. It can be as simple as exporting a PST file as usable PDF's to full blown document review and production, the choice is ours. We can be more efficient and more competitive while keeping expenses in check. The software requires us to work smarter but help is never more than an email away.
