**What do you like best about GoldFinch Cloud Solutions ERP?**

If you're able to accomodate an out-of-the-box solution, then GoldFinch may be a good fit for you. Their support is also helpful, yet they do take a little while to respond, sometimes.

**What do you dislike about GoldFinch Cloud Solutions ERP?**

There is very little control given to the admin to change things beyond a visual level. The database also struggles with flattening multi-level BOMs.

**What problems is GoldFinch Cloud Solutions ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We ended up moving on from GoldFinch.

**What do you like best about GoldFinch Cloud Solutions ERP?**

Goldfinch is a very well built accounting system if you are using Salesforce.  It accommodates everything we need from Project P&L's to Manufacturing requirements.

**What do you dislike about GoldFinch Cloud Solutions ERP?**

The printed forms are not easy to customize at all.  Customer service is usually delayed.

**What problems is GoldFinch Cloud Solutions ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates with Salesforce which is very important for us.
