What do you like best about goHappy?

I love the ease of use of goHappy and the fact that our employees don't have to sign in to anything. It's fed from our payroll system, and it updates every day, which I find really convenient. I also like that people can opt out if they choose to. I really love the smart reply feature, which is a two-way text that, even with some limitations, it has been a game changer for us. Also, the fact that you can set automatic text triggers, add images/emojis/attachments. I also love the keyword menu which sort of acts like a bit of a company intranet. We're also saving the company money by the increase in responses for our call to action texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about goHappy?

What do you like best about goHappy?

I appreciate that goHappy communicates with our team in a way that makes sense for them, so they don't have to log into anything. It's seamless and usable without any hassle. This has dramatically increased the amount of feedback we receive and can act on. I also value how goHappy provides our leaders with actionable data to improve their leadership actions, which results in a better experience for our employees, stronger engagement, and ultimately lower turnover. The auto-firing of messages and surveys without human intervention allows us to gather feedback at relevant times throughout a team member's lifecycle. The ease of the initial setup was impressive as they were very clear about what needed to be done and ready each step of the way. Their customer service is top-notch. What do you dislike about goHappy?

I wish there was a better tie in with our HRIS system to keep a record of the kind of feedback that employees share over time. That way it's easier for us to see how they've rated us over time and if they ever presented any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about goHappy?

Having the capability to reach our team members who do not have access to a company email account has been a complete game-changer for our engagement. goHappy has significantly improved the way we communicate with our frontline workforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about goHappy?

We have 2-3 goHappy users at each of our manufacturing locations, and while our Admins can see the messages each user is sending, the users at each plant cannot see what their team is sending. We think it would improve the way our plant goHappy teams work together if they could see the messages each of them are sending to (1) avoid sending duplicate texts and (2) reference what they have all sent in the past to keep a consistent voice/tone regardless of who is sending the texts. The benefits of goHappy include: the constant connection and immediacy in delivering important information to all employees; the early engagement surveys and exit interviews along with insights; the continued evolution of the product to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction and utilization. What do you like best about goHappy?

Very easy to use and is a great way for us to communicate with ALL of our frontline employees. Not just the store manager via an email. Our frontline employees actually get our messaging now. There is now even an intranet we are housing important documents that all employees have access to. We are also utilizing new hire surveys at their 30, 60, and 90 day marks as well as annual engagement surveys. We have been able to improve our operations due to the results of these surveys. When we customer support, it very easy to get the help we need. The system itself is very easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

goHappy has allowed us to easily and quickly communicate important updates to our family members and team members during crises. We have had hurricanes hit our communities, and we have been able to send out updates multiple times a day to all of our family members regarding the state of the community and their loved ones. goHappy has greatly improved communication with families and team members on not just crises of everyday items.
