What do you like best about GoFreight?

GoFreight is very easy to use. It is not hard to train new employees, and it is not hard to use the system for the first time. All of the fields created are self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoFreight?

The only downside would be that some cities are not included in the options for POL and POD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoFreight has solved bugs, glitches, and problems we encountered that we asked them to fix. It makes our data inputting a lot easier, and operationally, it became beneficial receiving notifications about departure, unloading, loading, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

cloud base and easy access at remote locations. EDI automates transmitting the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the fix of a problem will need to wait in the quarry which will take time for the problem to be solved. But they will do their best to solve the problem and add new functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we have a problem with spending a lot of manpower to check with the terminal and carrier on the status and Go Freight has automatic EDI update which will get the update status from carriers and terminal automatically and this is a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
