What do you like best about GoFreight?

Their system has been anything but an eventful experience on my end. It is straightforward and effortless to navigate all of my shipments and use them to communicate with my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoFreight?

The only downside is the time I had to wait for the page to load. However, that is a minor issue that could be fixed on their side. Otherwise, I am satisfied with Go Freight and what it can offer to the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoFreight?

I like the EDI portion, doc center, the way you send docs to customers, the portal to the customer, the email notifications that the customer and operations recieves through the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoFreight?

Sometimes its slow moving from one tab to the next.

Also, I already informed them - however we are trying to utlize the "my containers" however we want the internal memo to expand (since we keep a timeline of cargo movement from the day it discharges to the day it gets delivered. the internal memo in My Contianers is only 1 line and we can not keep a history of our status.

What do you like best about GoFreight?

It is effortless to track the shipments, and I often use the track and trace features.

It is also very convenient to send invoices through the system. Moreover, GF makes tracking more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoFreight?

I wish that they could add a select all features, especially when checking the empty returned.

You have to manually click complete all the time, which can get really tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
