Easy to set goals and manage them throughout the course of the year.

assigning values and weighting to the goals is a little cumbersome and confusing.  There are also too many follow ups throughout the year.

I like how clean and easy to navigate the app is.  I like the proportion of white space versus content.  It's not too busy, or overcrowded.

A shared doc or calendar for tracking goals and milestones is an excellent way to track and manage goals and milestones across the organization.

GoalSpan has been a benefit to the careers of all involved in the decision to leverage and it's successful implementation.

I like that it's simple and also its transparency.

**What do you dislike about GoalSpan?**

Would be nice to be able to link with external systems like Jira or Asana for tracking progress.

We use this to review the annual / quarter performance.  It's easier for HR/ upper managements to see the milestones/big projects, instead of looking at thousands of tickets on the bug tracking systems we use.  Gives an good overview.

I don't need GoalSpan to solve anything. This is something required by my company. I can easily store and access my reviews and goals.

The approval process is much smoother and makes it simple

I wish there was a way to view goals based on upcoming due dates

Annual and bi-annual reviews with my manager

It is not too customizable and we cannot go into too much detail
