"An innovative and intuitive project manager"

What do you like best about Goals?

There are a lot of features that I like at KeepSolid Goals, but the one that I particularly like is its project manager in the form of brainstorming.

I have several project managers and Goals is the only one to propose this innovative and motivating idea.

The whole is very ergonomic and clean. It's a real pleasure. The indicators are also very well presented. This software is very pleasant to use and the team quickly answers all our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goals?

For the moment, I have nothing to reproach Goals with. But I have no doubt that if I have any problems in the future, the KeepSolid Goals team, being very reactive, will be able to fix problems quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Goals mainly to manage my various personal projects.

Until now, I never managed to reach the goals I had set myself, certainly because of the austere software I was using and the considerable waste of time I was taking to fill them out.

With Goals, everything is simple, pretty and user friendly.

"Simple to use, does the job"

What do you like best about Goals?

Its not overengineered! Most of project management app try to have all-in-one which ends up in a very complicated software with long learning curve. This one does exacly what od should and the GUI is super-easy and could be smoothly shared with the group. I use Goals for planning research grants. Goals helps me on the planning process and them allows for easy tracking of its progress and milestones. Goals is also very cheap compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goals?

What problems is Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?

Goals bring, trough a sleek design, a complete project management solution allowing to work around different angles : MindMapp / Gantt / Kanban / Worksheet. It's more or less like having MindManager, Instagantt, Trello, Asana in one product which make of Goals a unique product.

It's also in discussion to deliver smart scheduling features like Digispoke. The integration of all these tools into one is safier as you don't have the hasle of the data synchonization for example.

Goals will be a quite unique product on a different angle : Mobile app is in the work and desktop app may come as well and we don't have many project management solutions on the market bringing the trio access Web / Mobile app / Desktop app.

All it misses is time tracking with a pomodoro approach : it has been suggested, it's currently considered; if i comes it would confirm the most complete and coherent solution in the market for a low pricing you should consider to the competitors... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really great tool to archive your goals for private and business cases. It works great!"

What do you like best about Goals?

I use ClickUp for my project management, but it is not the best tool when it comes to set objective goals. That's why I was looking for an intuitive tool where the focus is much more on productivity. I appreciate the timeline view because it helps me to have an overview of what is coming up. KeepSolid motivates me to stay on track for my goals. The UX design is fantastic.

KeepSolid structured my milestones for my master thesis, and I was able to finish it in only three months. I think the use cases are endless, and you need only a short time to learn how everything is working. The reliable structured documentation and FAQs answer a lot of questions and help to get familiar with the software.

"She said... Yes! Gone with the mess!"

What do you like best about Goals?

She said... finally, gone with the mess!

Okay, I made a mistake, I'm human I admit it.

It was hard saying goodbye to my post-its.

You know those post-it notes in your desk drawers, on your desk and copied versions to stickies inside OS. I just kept them around.

I thought I didn't need Keep Solid Goals.

I scheduled to spend Friday evening together to have some quality time with Keep Solid Goals. One hour lead to two hours and before I knew it was 2 am, my goals sorted, my desk clean and my goals ready to achieve step-by-step. The time had come. It was obvious, the little yellow stacks I'd been clinging too for years, will finally be gone. Happy wife. Happy life.

I'm still in my learning curve however you guys over at Keep Solid Goals have done some very good thinking your software already solved several problems.This is a helpful tool.

I had to give it some time before understanding all the benefits. Still, early days for me but the tool is very helpful. A dark mode is always welcome. But by no means... a must. No manual required, its fun to use and is very visual without being boring.

A team that has had a tough year with COVID, less chance to speak and wanting to keep those annoying zoom calls to a minimum. So its more important than ever to keep the goals front and centre. What do you like best about Goals?

It has a neat distribution of information, tasks, divided into Sprints and makes use of OKRs

Since it is in the cloud no access issues and is very secure. Team collaboration is easy & effective.

Very easy to use app for business, academics and personal goals' management once you watch the tutorials and know how to set it up right, took me about 45 minutes to get into full on operations mode.

"An easy and sound way to set and achieve goals."

What do you like best about Goals?

As soon as you understand how to set the goals, it becomes essential. Diagraming the goals is very simple an make the process very clear.

After that, following the tasks is a breeze. It is very easy to bring all the team onboard. I've used other tools, but none has been as easy to adopt by my team as this. Many of my colleagues are not tech savvy, and this is where I've found goals greatest strength: People actually understands what to do without supervision.
