What do you like best about Go1?

Most of the time i need to ask the online chat to reset passwords as the reset password email is never sent to my users.

Would love to have the ability in Go1 to set up sessions that would then generate an invite and an evaluation at the end if the session

What do you like best about Go1?

What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to transform our manufacturing training from paper and excel. Within a matter of months, we've created a training and assessment solution which is mobile-based and automated, meaning no admin and reporting on capability gaps against a matrix. This is a huge benefit to our business and reduces waste including overtime for face to face training that was not required. What do you like best about Go1?

What do you like best about Go1?

I like how there are many training topics to choose from and it allows you to work at your own pace.

I found a few courses to be extremely useful such as Microsoft Excel and Word training which are classes I've looked into taking at a 3rd party institution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Go1:

At first I wasn't sure that Go1 would meet my requirements for the type of specific training that I needed but after working with them and explaining what I needed they came up with a perfect resolution. I also was very concerned that my employees would like the training enough to stick with it and that they wouldn't be bored. Most of our employees have taken the training and are happy with it. . We're having some minor technical issues. My rep is working to resolve those and I'm confident that they can be easily taken care of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

NY is required to provide sexual harassment training to its employees. Go1 has helped in setting up this training as well as management training for some of our managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Go1?

What do you dislike about Go1?

- It only works in Internet Explorer.

- Half the time it fails to make a connection or doesn't load.

- Most of the content did not pertain to me.

- Content is not well made; this is a collection of cheesy training video content. Vastly superior educational content is available for free on youtube. Vastly superior paid and free content is available on edx, coursera and udemy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Go1:

If you care about your employees growth and development, you'd be better off finding lectures and training on youtube, or searching for relevant classes on udemy, coursera and edx.

I don't know what this service costs, but the free alternatives are vastly superior. All of the websites I mentioned above function flawlessly. GO1 is a broken piece of junk that only works on Internet explorer, and half of the time it doesn't even do that.

Please do not pay for this. If you're going to spend any money, you should pay for the certificates after your employees pass accredited courses from edx, coursera and udemy.

With little LMS experience, I've found Go1 to be easy to use and serves my purposes very well. When taking courses that had been delivered face-to-face and adapting them for online, the Go1 platform allows me to simulate the classroom and deliver content in an highly interactive way. What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The support team has guided us through our setup and been on hand whenever we needed them, and importing and creating courses has been a simple and quick process.

I also find their vision for the future delivery of training very exciting. They back this up through regular and ongoing updates and improvements to the system.
