It provides much more information than steamship line websites or customer arrival notices, allowing me to see every aspect of the shipment, even from the origin overseas. This is particularly valuable for determining accurate rail ETAs, especially over the weekend, ensuring that our carriers and customers have all the necessary details like pick numbers and LFDs in time. I also appreciate how using Gnosis Freight alongside our internal system automates the updates for our ETAs and loads, which is super helpful for operations involving a lot of drayage and specifically rail containers.
