Outside of making cost tracking and container status simple for us to view; their tailored reporting and innovation has made a major impact on our operations and I can't recommend Gnosis enough. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** Nothing comes to mind. Before using Gnosis we had very high cost in D&D and with Gnosis' help we are able to find our pain points and come up with solutions to combact those pains. Another issue were were having is that the inbound volume was very high and it was difficult to keep track of everything. Finally, the customer service is second to none, whenever we contact Gnosis they are very helpful in resolving issues and offering different ideas on how we might want to look at something. I am able to see where in the world my containers are by using the 'Global Map' feature. Another feature that I find helpful is the tables on the home page. I am able to see a layout of my upcoming shipments in a categorized format. These tables are very neat, organized, and easy on the eyes. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** It is a phenomenal platform and I do not have anything I dislike **What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve problems with bookings and analytical information for visibility purposes. ### 27. Their technology fine-tuned all facets of our business saving millions of dollars, but speaking specifically just about my job, Gnosis used specific filters to help identify incorrect uploads before billed to our Company.
