The system is easy to use and provides timely information. Not only is the visibility tool top notch, but we have been able to tie in our PO information and calculate landed costs down to the cubic foot (or meter) and have freight projections with our contract rate information in the system. Additionally the demurrage and detention tool has provided visibility that was so manual to capture previously. I've recommended Gnosis to business colleagues at other corporations. Implementation and integration with our IT was painless and quick. Aside from all of the capabilities of the system, the people at Gnosis truly make it a top notch company. They are so knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and so responsive. Having Gnosis Freight has eliminated a lot of excel spreadsheets and manual work for our supply chain which is so valuable. Not only am I the adminstrator for our company on this system, I use this system daily. Even our drayman uses the tool and has found it imensely helpful. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** I do not feel there is a downside to using Gnosis Freight. It provides better and more timely data than our PO Management platform in GT Nexus. I do think improvements can be made to make the system even better. Currently there is no method to see historical predictive ETA's and their accuracy. There are limitations with tracking containers on the rail, but I understand that data from rail carriers can be limited. An improvement that would be great (and maybe it is available) is to see Customs type of releases (like 1C or 1J) and type of holds (like USDA exam). I've noticed that shipments will be customs cleared but show a hold in Gnosis because the ocean carrier has not "arrived the vessel" to the terminal. This gives misleading holds and does sometimes cause additional work because we are reaching out to the customs broker thinking the cargo is not customs cleared, when it is really the ocean carrier causing the hold. **What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gnosis Freight provides import container visibility, demurrage & detention visibility and calculations, freight invoice auditing visibility, freight spend predicitons and calculations, etc. Gnosis has provided more accurate container visibility and is able to reduce our manual work and multitude of excel files. We can audit freight charges faster with ease. We can customize the dashboards to see specifically what we need. We are able to catch containers running close to the end of free time quickly. Sometimes connection can be slow, but I rarely run into this issue. **What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gnosis Freight allows me to clearly keep track of all of my bookings from the origin factory to the port of dishcarge. This allows me to provide my customers with any updates regarding ETD and ETA changes, rolled bookings, canceled shipments, and much more. If I have any questions, I receive a quick response 9 times out of 10. Gnosis has also helped with several of the accounts I manage by automating reports that are sent to me every morning and throughout the day. This has helped me tremendously while working on my daily tasks at ASF Global. Overall, I would say Gnosis is always working to improve its services and technology; while providing great customer service and experiences. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** The one thing that has been at fault in the past, but is always being improved, is the ETA dates for my shipments. I have only had incorrect tracking dates a handful of times, but the Gnosis team works immediately to correct the mistake. **What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gnosis set up a feature where you can see where exactly your incoming vessel is on a global map. This benefits me, because I can click on the vessel that is close to the port and am given a list of which of my containers are arriving. ### 49.
