It provides much more information than steamship line websites or customer arrival notices, allowing me to see every aspect of the shipment, even from the origin overseas. This is particularly valuable for determining accurate rail ETAs, especially over the weekend, ensuring that our carriers and customers have all the necessary details like pick numbers and LFDs in time.
