The most significant detriment to the product offerings from Gnosis Freight seem to be that their platform lacks the maturity of some other vendors in the same space. The "off-the-shelf" products were designed to handle specific needs. However, to be completely functional for our company, additional work was required to get things to a full deployment. In terms of drawbacks, I wouldn't necessarily say there are any major dislikes. However, one area where I do see potential for improvement is in domestic business support. While Gnosis has been outstanding in handling our international logistics, it would be ideal if the platform could offer features specifically tailored to better support our domestic business operations as well. I really enjoy Gnosis Freights sleek interface, ability to customize and sort my data and how it was easy to implement into our existing system. The customer support is also amazing, always ready to help out or answer any questions that I may have about the platform. Sometimes the Delivery orders generated by the system are different/incorrect from what the systems shows, this espeically leads to issues with delivery addresses for our freight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the real time tracking of containers and the ability to reference all the pertinent dates in a single entry and platform. I check the platform multiple times in a week so knowing that the container dates are as accurate as possible is helpful. Gnosis is a great tool for tracking progress. It’s easy to use, with access to different shipments and containers. The inability to split containers and view them across different tabs for separate departments. This makes it challenging to manage items with varied destinations, . for example most product going to stock while some are samples go to product developement. The Shipment tracking tool is wonderful. It allows me to see where the CTR# is physically located on a map, and in addition provides timestamps for each container movement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, it takes a few minutes to load when im tracking a shipment. Although for the most part it is pretty fast. But when it is slow, it is really slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The visibility that Gnosis provides on MBL's and containers is great, but the ability to customize for my companies needs and quirkiness is fantastic. The system is easy to use and provides timely information. Not only is the visibility tool top notch, but we have been able to tie in our PO information and calculate landed costs down to the cubic foot (or meter) and have freight projections with our contract rate information in the system. Additionally the demurrage and detention tool has provided visibility that was so manual to capture previously. I've recommended Gnosis to business colleagues at other corporations. Implementation and integration with our IT was painless and quick. Aside from all of the capabilities of the system, the people at Gnosis truly make it a top notch company. They are so knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and so responsive. Having Gnosis Freight has eliminated a lot of excel spreadsheets and manual work for our supply chain which is so valuable. I do not feel there is a downside to using Gnosis Freight. It provides better and more timely data than our PO Management platform in GT Nexus. I do think improvements can be made to make the system even better. Currently there is no method to see historical predictive ETA's and their accuracy. There are limitations with tracking containers on the rail, but I understand that data from rail carriers can be limited. An improvement that would be great (and maybe it is available) is to see Customs type of releases (like 1C or 1J) and type of holds (like USDA exam). I've noticed that shipments will be customs cleared but show a hold in Gnosis because the ocean carrier has not "arrived the vessel" to the terminal. This gives misleading holds and does sometimes cause additional work because we are reaching out to the customs broker thinking the cargo is not customs cleared, when it is really the ocean carrier causing the hold. I have used Gnosis Freight for 3 years now. I love that this platform is tailored to each customers needs. The best part is I have real time data tracking on all my shipments. I can even see where my shipments are while on the water. I also use this platform for all our trucking needs and scheduling. The shipment statuses sometimes not represent the true shipment status. we see this issue with rail shipments are we sometimes will run into a rail shipment that has arrived at the final destination but the shiment status lists "awaiting rail load" as if the rail shipment has not departed. Gnosis is very good at evolving with the times. Their services and product is constantly evolving and growing. The global map is a good tool to visualize shipments.
