I've tried dozens of other apps and software but they're generally one-size-fits all solutions that simply don't fit. This is the only affordable program I've found that really allows you to make all the micro-adjustments you need, on a product by product basis, to fit the specific nature or uniqueness of your own products and selling channels. Plus, I've found the reports you can pull out of Streamline are often far superior to the reports generated by most centralized systems out there, save for the really expensive ones. Finally, the customer service is A+. I've always received same-day responses to any questions or troubleshooting issues, and usually within an hour or two. GMDH has a great support team always at your disposal. 10/10 would recommend! **What do you dislike about Streamline?** I can't think of much I dislike about Streamline. I guess if you're like me and not using business software that integrates directly with Streamline (and they do integrate with a lot of stuff out there) you'll have do a little backend work in spreadsheets. It really isn't that difficult and, in a lot of ways, gives you extra power over Streamline so it organizes and categorizes your products exactly how you want to see your stuff. **What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?** We make our products on site so we had a difficult time finding software that could track demand for finished goods and translate it into demand for components, all while accounting for safety stock, lead times, and the time it takes for us to turn parts into finished products. I recommend to download it and try it. You can easily import data from Excel files, run the forecast calculation and verify whether its forecast accuracy is enough for you business or not. If you have some historical data, you will get the results very soon. **What do you dislike about Streamline?** I used real business data (more than 2 years of historical sales) and I checked the daily, weekly and monthly forecast. The results were very divergent. When you start the model, you select the time buckets the system is going to use for the calculation (days, weeks or months). I run the forecast 3 times to compare the results, always using the same historical data. The items I had selected were slow movers and the total forecast for a period of 3 months was very different depending on selecting days, weeks or months, being months the time horizon that provided the best result. **What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not solving any of our problems and we have opted for other solutions.
