The key thing for us is centralising many of our core services into one product.

Previously we had to use time tracking, support ticket and reporting software from multiple different companies and using various tools. This not only created disjointed and time consuming processes for our team but also was less streamlined for our clients; it also wasn't particularly cost effective.

Makes it so easy to see the status of the WordPress sites I manage, perform updates at the click of a button, monitor uptime and know they're all safe and secure.
