What do you like best about Glow?

The 2 main reasons we signed up for Glow were for the uptime monitoring (to tell us when any of our clients' sites go down) and for the client reporting. All our WordPress updates are automated with our hosting company so Glow is perfect as it records all update activity, even if the activity takes place outside Glow.

Now when it comes round to client renewals, we're able to easily demonastrate the work we've been doing all year to look after the client's website. Glow's reports just pulls it all together for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

We had a few issues initially with the Uptime Monitor, causing usage spikes on our server. But Glow's support team have been great and really fast in dealing with any problems. Other than that, I can't think of anything I don't like about Glow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

The 2 main problems Glow has solved for us is around uptime monitoring and client reporting. Before Glow, we literally had no idea if a client's site was offline whereas now, we know instantly and our team can get things fixed. And Glow's client reports help us to showcase to clients all the work we've been doing to look after their website in the past year (we do client renewals yearly). Product Description

Glow is an all-in-one app that helps agencies and developers manage multiple WordPress websites. With a Glow account, you will: - Be able to communicate better with your clients - More easily prove the value of website maintenance to your clients - Become more efficient in your delivery of website maintenance - Increase the lifetime value of your clients Whilst many agencies and developers are experts in building websites, they often lack the systems and processes required to provide ongoing management of those websites, at scale. Remembering website login information, carrying out security updates, making changes that clients ask for, ensuring important elements are running as they should do - and much more - these tasks, although some only take a few minutes, when multiplied across dozens of websites, take time to complete. Glow provides agencies and developers with a single location to manage all of their clients’ websites. They can perform important updates in bulk, schedule regular monitoring operations, attend to client queries and support requests, as well as generate reports and display other data to prove the value of the service to their clients.

What do you like best about Glow?

I now use Glow daily, it is a cracking tool that makes website maintenance an absolute doddle. It takes seconds to implement and get going. I love how it simplifies keeping all my client websites updated, secure, and running smoothly. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, giving me everything I need at a glance. The reporting feature is great—it lets me send professional reports to my clients with minimal effort, which they will appreciate, and it makes me look proper organised. It works really well with WordPress, which is my bread and butter for website builds. I have had a couple of minor issues mostly to do with connections, but each snag has been very quickly resolved by the awesome customer support staff. While i dont have alot of websites on my books to manage atm, the process streamlining Glow has allowed, means that as my business grows regular tasks such as backups, plugin updates and monitoring no longer need to take up so much of my time, so that I can focus more on being creative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

There's not much to grumble about, to be fair. If there was anything I would change I would probably expand the slack integrations to cover more than a single workspace. I use a Slack workspace for each individual website project, being able to integrate each website on Glow to each Slack Workspace for ease of raising tickets, being informed about downtime, and automatically adding reports would make things a bit easier for me, but that could be just how I work. Also possibly a bit more freedom for designing the reports, specifically the front and back covers, while they look good and match my colour schemes etc, I would like to mess around with layouts a bit more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time managment for maintaining websites. For my pay monthly websites I allocate 2 hours a month for maintenance, backups, updates, basic SEO, design and content changes etc. regular use of Glow for a good chunk of these tasks means that I can spend more time working on SEO, Design and content changes or product updates. What do you like best about Glow?

Support tickets combined with wordpress maintenance capabilities.

Backups that actually restore properly (managewp just didn't work well for big sites)

Tracking support time per client per month

Assigning support team members to specific sites

Excellent reporting facilities

Saving us costs, two softwares in one and much better for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

There is not a lot to dislike. I would like an API. I would like to see ticket categorisation and some more customisability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Combining wordpress maintenance and our support services in one product rather than two. As well as helping us deliver more value to clients based on reporting.

Also streamlines our internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Glow?

Phil at Glow has put together a good tool for WordPress maintenance and updates, it helps when you have a number of websites, the importance of maintenance and updates of your website is essential. This product has been a game-changer for us as it allows you to quickly oversee which websites require site updates and the webiste monitoring built in is amazing. I'd recommend this product to other agencies/businesses. The implementation & integration process is very simple & the customer support has been solid. I use this once a month to ensure WP websites are up to date for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

- The ability not to apply auto-updates to plugins if not set.

- You have to manually turn on uptime monitoring Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Glow?

Glow saves me time managing Wordpress maintenance requests each month. Combining a robust support ticketing system and maintenance reporting into one clear dashboard has been a game-changer for us. Long gone are the days of managing requests via email.

All of our support requests are now stored in one place and any updates are conveniently recorded against the respective client for reference.

Glow has all the features you would expect a Wordpress maintenance tool to have. The time-tracking feature has been particularly useful for us. As has the ability to provide reports to our clients. This feature has had a positive impact on helping to retain our maintenance clients.

Glow was easy to set up and our clients' sites were quickly added to the platform. We had a small issue while setting up which was quickly addressed by customer support.

Another positive of Glow is that they regularly add new features that enhance our maintenance offering to our clients.

I would highly recommend Glow to anybody maintaining Wordpress websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

I haven't experienced any downsides using Glow. It has all been positive so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glow helps us to efficiently manage our Wordpress maintenance tasks and support requests in one place. Glow saves us hours in time each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Glow?

Glow simplifies managing multiple WordPress sites by bringing everything into one easy-to-use dashboard. It’s straightforward for both a management and client perspective. The built-in support ticketing is a great feature and saves valuable time and keeps support operations running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

Nothing I dislike about Glow in its current state however as a relatively new SaaS there are definitely cool and new features that could be implemented to further push capabilities! I have raised suggestions and the team have been extremely proactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glow has helped streamline the day-to-day management of my support clients and also reduce a monthly subscription for a support / ticketing system. With Glow, I can not only reduce time for web management but also bring support requests in one dashboard allowing both other team members and clients visually see open / closed tickets effeciently. What do you like best about Glow?

Phil has been brilliant with customer service, and has responded to any issues I've had really fast and has been incredibly helpful in getting things looked at. He was also great with getting the implementation of all of our sites sorted.

I primarily use the platform to produce website maintenance reports for a number of clients monthly, bi-annually and annually, and Glow has made this process much simpler. It's very easy to use and incredibly user friendly. I have over 30 reports to produce, which used to be a manual process, but is now much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

To begin with, producing reports was quite glitchy, but after liaising with Phil, the issue seems to have disappeared! I would love to see some further customisation options. The only downside to the reports at the moment is the ability to add images as you can't do that currently within the reporting feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Producing website maintenance reports for clients in an automated way, rather than producing them all manually. It's saved a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
