We've worked with Glopal for several years now, and they have always provided a quality solution while working alongside us to develop our international sales. We recently moved across from Shopify to BigCommerce - We had to go through the onboarding process again, but it was quick and efficient, and now we are continuing just like before. **What do you dislike about Glopal?** Translations can sometimes be a little bit inauthentic Other than that, Glopal are a fantastic team of hardworking individuals who will go above and beyond to ensure all questions are answered. **What problems is Glopal solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're currently solving the new EU VAT Changes with Glopal, they're keeping us up to date with changes to the regulations and what we need to do to be prepared. **What do you dislike about Glopal?** Currently - 1) no afterpay payment service as an option 2) cannot choose language e.g., in India the only option is Hindi, however, most people read and speak English. **What problems is Glopal solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are assisting me with shopping in different markets, they are more localized.
