The person that I worked with was humble and knowledgeable, and tried to help. They would admit when they didn't know something and would take the initiative to find out the answer. **What do you dislike about Globalization Partners International (GPI)?** I didn't like them enough to continue or expand the partnership. I would encourage them to be more thoughtful before they respond and to research things, having some basic competence in what they're talking about before they say something. I had issues with my pension when I first started because they didn't realize that I was supposed to have a pension as part of migration rules. They argued with me about the pension, tried to cut it, and attempted to charge a fee that was never disclosed to me. They threatened deportation for not accepting a contract addendum to rectify their mistakes and bad faith contract. Despite pointing it out, they didn't change the contract to reveal the fee, which was insane. I also had arguments with them about reimbursements because they didn't understand the tax rules in my country, leading to a fight over reimbursing calls to my customer, which actually should have been reimbursed. **Recommendations to others considering Globalization Partners International (GPI):** Really check out the organization and who your employee will be working with, or you may lose your employee to other opportunities where they will be treated better quickly **What problems is Globalization Partners International (GPI) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Globalization Partners International (GPI) was my employer of record, allowing me to move to Sweden. ### 2. They are understanding about the occasional late payment, and their account team is always friendly and easy to work with. When I have questions, I use their online help desk ticket management system. I get answers back promptly both by email and on the ticketing system. **What do you dislike about Globalization Partners International (GPI)?** They don't do recruiting, but they can refer you to regional partners if you need that. **Recommendations to others considering Globalization Partners International (GPI):** I am very happy with them so far. We are just onboarding our first contractor in the Philippines, and will have one more behind that in a few months. **What problems is Globalization Partners International (GPI) solving and how is that benefiting you?** GPI saves me an enormous amount of time in researching and complying with the laws of other countries in adding human resources to our company. The employees actually work for GPI, and GPI takes care of all the administrative tasks of paying taxes, social security/Pensions, health care insurance, etc. They have great resources to help you understand comparables for salary and benefits by job description by country. As a result, I have been able to hire resources in the Philippines much faster than if I did this only using our internal company resources. ### 4.
