Global Expansion is the easiest EOR to work with. Working with such HR and Global Mobility experts has reduced our admin by 75%. Connecting with their GX1 system was easy. The setup was all preconfigured, so when we logged in, everything was there. There was no need for any uploads, as my CSM at GX did all that for me. GX also created customized reports for our HR team, which saved us many hours. So ease of admin was 10/10 and ease of setup was 10/10. GX 100% met our requirements and continues to do so. Nothing is ever too small an ask. Andy and the team are always willing to listen and support where possible and come up with a solution which can help and enable our service to improve and serve our customers.

The way that they value their clients and build long-lasting relationships. They have a personal touch. I can always get hold of my account manager, which was a significant issue with my previous EOR provider. It took an hour to get us live on GX1. And it's so easy to use and initiate new employees. The return on investment has been tenfold. We are now discussing integrating Workday, which is their native API. This will allow us to update one system, saving many work hours.
