We were stuck in a rut of waiting sometimes for weeks to get a background check returned & that is miserable when you have shifts you are trying to staff! So we did a search for a local company to send our background checks to, and found Global Background Screening. We have never waited more than 3-4 days (NOT WEEKS!) for a check to come back with GBS, we are ecstatic! We have an actual human who responds to our emails & questions now, its unbelievable. When you're trying to hire employees and get them on the schedule & working fast, these are the guys you need running your backgrounds for you... we'll never go back, they're stuck with us now! Easy to use website and great customer service! We use GBS for all of our new hires at my company, and they have about a 24-48 hour turn around time, so we always have our reports back very quickly.
