nothing so far. i've yet to glean value from the product and platform and so far it has only been an administrative time suck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it doesn't seem like parts of the business talk to one another. i continue to get billed for services not rendered. the insights are not reproducible and had my team spin out thinking there was a lot wrong with the product, turns out you all just sent us several high priority bugs that did not repro. we brought you on for growth insights and i've not received what i was promised. our project manager is not in the least bit apologetic for consistent mistakes. the pace at which things are delivered is not up to par with what a hyper growth startup needs. we are already looking for other services. It's a fact that as a company, you do not have resources to test every single device, OS version, accessibility setting, locale and other testing complexities.

Sometimes, the fact that they cannot ensure the same testers will be testing your platform is a problem (especially if you need them to run some very specific configuration steps to test something like Play Store payments internally for example). GAT onboarded on to our complex product very quickly and were providing valuable feedback almost immediately. Their platform is very user friendly and we saw high quality bug reports, including videos, screenshots and detailed instructions to reproduce. Their system allows you to easily schedule new test runs, flag issues and assign priorities. We have relied heavily on GAT to compliment our in house QA department and testing processes and many issues were found that were not found internally.

GAT have provided good test management for our web and 7 other apps.
Our business operates on a global scale and has a number of products and apps which requires thorough testing prior to release. To run a test across all our apps across a number of test cases can be epensive with GAT's business model and the test can take a while to conduct if the testers are not available for that particular country. The GAT team was engaged throughout our contract. They met with us and seemed to care about our needs. Creating new test runs could take some time to get right, but repeating previous tests was very easy. They were also very helpful in coming up with new test cases. I wish there was more streamlined & automated processes in order to request tests runs. Using webhooks or API calls to launch tests would help us be more efficient and remove the dependency to several manual processes..
We still aim at getting fewer irrelevant feedback from GAT, this is often caused by reporting known issues, misunderstandings about the product hehaviours or test cases, or some guideline not being fully respected.
