Data is displayed in easily digestible results with points of reference to previous period and year. For a Shopify-based business, Glew offers more powerful analytical solutions than available to us in Shopify. **What do you dislike about Glew?** Sometimes the software is slow to load or glitchy with realtime results. I think the software could also offer better automatic & actionable insights (similar to Google Analytics) base don performance by audience, channel, and product. **What problems is Glew solving and how is that benefiting you?** Glew gives our e-commerce business stronger analytical reporting than available in Shopify. It also allows you to segment and export customer data based on purchase frequency, product, and lifetime value. ### 4. This is a huge help for stores with wide product catalogs. **What do you dislike about Glew?** I wish we could configure Glew to also pull in traditional ecommerce metrics like GA (add to cart rates on a per product basis would be especially helpful). That would help us go a step further in forecasting, as we could then not only view how much we have of a particular product, but also how start to calculate how many more marketing dollars we could put behind it to maximize sales. **Recommendations to others considering Glew:** Don't rely on Glew only for forecasting needs. Glew answers 2/3 of the equation, but I recommend using Google Analytics as the third piece of the puzzle to maximize efficiency. **What problems is Glew solving and how is that benefiting you?** Linking up inventory and revenue has been a huge help to better monitor stock levels and allow us to order inventory further in advance (which cuts down rush ordering). ### 5.
