## Glean Reviews
  ### 1. Glean Integrations That Boost Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zainul A. | Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

The user interface of Glean is very easy to use, and the integrations that can be made to it, like connecting all the enterprise apps like Slack, Google Sheets, etc., are really easy. Also, if a complete prompt is added, the performance of the agent is really good. It has helped us with support for onboarding of new employees and supporting the team on tooling access as well.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

One of the things which I dislike about Glean is sometimes the agent does not perform well, even if the prompt is complete and has all the instructions added to it. It doesn't give me the correct result. For example, when I want to fetch hyperlinks from a spreadsheet, a lot of times incorrect hyperlinks are given by the agent, and a lot of times it has been observed that even though the instructions are given completely to the agent, the text is not hyperlinked. It is just given as a complete link itself, which looks very messy.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main business problems Glean is helping us solve is to allow new people who join the company get complete access to tooling support.

  ### 2. Streamlines Document Search and Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preetam J. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I like that Glean can access a multitude of resources at different places and find the exact information I'm looking for, which would usually take a lot of time. Glean cuts my search time by more than 90% compared to individually searching every document line by line. I've also found it excellent for creating wireframes or mockups for websites as it can easily access information using Jira. Additionally, Glean supports voice and chat functionality, making it easy to find what we're looking for.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I feel Glean is limited by the information it can access. For example, my teammates have access to their GitHub, which provides them better knowledge, but it doesn't provide the same for me as it asks for my individual login. I think it should be able to answer API-related questions using information from GitHub, even though I don't have direct access. I often get stuck because I can't find the data size of attributes to set variable lengths, as this information wasn't available in the resources I had with my personal login.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Glean to access resources at different places, cutting my search time by more than 90%. It helps find specific information efficiently and creates wireframes using Jira data.

  ### 3. Glean Makes Finding Relevant Info Across Tools Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison S. | Client Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I like how Glean makes it really easy to find information across tools without having to think too hard about where to look. It pulls everything into one place and surfaces what’s actually relevant, which saves a lot of time and reduces the usual back-and-forth of tracking things down.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I don’t have any major complaints, but sometimes the results can feel a bit broad, so it can take an extra step to find the exact thing I’m looking for. I also think there’s room for more customization in how results are prioritized or filtered.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glean solves the problem of information being scattered across a bunch of different tools. Instead of having to remember where something lives or digging through Slack, docs, and other systems, you can just search once and find what you need. For me, that cuts down a lot on context switching and saves time, especially when I’m trying to move quickly or find something I haven’t looked at in a while.

  ### 4. Glean’s Centralized Search Boosts Documentation Quality and Discoverability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atul B. | Documentation Writer Sr., Telecommunications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean has the centralized search access across SharePoint, Teams, Outlook emails, our document 360 knowledge base, Figma, Aha dashboard, and ADO.
It really works as layer on top of the documentation tools, but not replacement. As a technical writer, after using glean i feel like it provides better documentation content quality because content is actively searched and reused. If we are searching for any clarification or additional content request it provides the right answer rather than forcing user to browse the knowledge base.
Its agent capabilities opens the more possibilities for doc driven assistants. ALso it having strong discoverability for published documentation so it reduce the repeated question from the users.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I wish to have an easy way to flag the deprecated or outdated content directly from the searched result. Also i found one issue if i am connecting the vpn, sometimes it slow me down when i just want an quick answer. I found that still some of the documentetion tools integration are still evolving so the overall experience is not fully seamless yet.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From technical writers perspective glean is really solving a problem we used to face when we relied on copilot, i often got generic answers or response limitied to specific sources. Now with glean i a getting content accross al lthe documentation sources like aha, figma, emails, share point, jira tickets, and also from our document 360 knowledge base.I spend less time for searching and asking for more improvement, clarity or consistency.

  ### 5. Glean Unifies Business Knowledge Across Tools for Faster Support & Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A G. | Senior Implementation Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

What I find most helpful when using Glean, is the ability to aggregate business knowledge scattered across platforms including Jira, Zendesk and Slack; to form a strong picture of an issue, a common theme or support troubleshooting for my clients.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

The only downside is that multiple sources of information could be conflicting or even superseded; however I have created an Agent with guardrails to utilise only validated information from one source to support the team with this.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Glean Agent has provided me with the perfect place to collate all of the business information that supports consultants to configure and troubleshoot their client's platform. This information was previously found in Help Centre Articles, Confluence pages and Slack messages, taking time to search for and collate into responses.

  ### 6. Efficient Data Integration, Hindered by Slowness

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana G. | Inside Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I like the Chrome extension the most because I can pop it up wherever I need it, on any tab, and ask it questions based on the tab I'm working in. I also like that I can toggle on different settings from the Chrome extension based on what output I'm looking for, such as using outside data, only internal company data, or both. It's an enhancement from using ChatGPT or Claude separately because it is layered into all of our enterprise data, which means I don't have to give it context or copy and paste internal company info for context.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

It's very very very slow in providing answers. It's also not always consistent. I can query it the same prompt on different occasions and it will use totally different ways to get to an output, which is not helpful. An example would be when I am looking at an Opportunity in Salesforce, and I ask Glean to show me similar closed-won opportunities in the system, and it will use different Salesforce fields in different queries to yield results, even after I have instructed it to do it a certain way.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Glean to integrate AI into company data, solving the need to switch apps and providing direct insight into accounts and deals without extra context or copying from other tools.

  ### 7. Remarkably Effective for Unified Information Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve R. | SVP, Revenue Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I like Glean because it's fast, easy, and generally accurate. It's impressive that it integrates data from different systems that previously didn't talk to each other, like Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace, and combines it with public information on the internet. It really does seem to understand our business, and I haven't seen it hallucinate. During the initial setup, even though I wasn't directly involved, it seemed pretty good except for a small issue with the Slack connector, but overall, it's been great.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I find it a little bit challenging to stand up an agent. I'd also love to understand how to take it to the next level to have the agents act autonomously and independently, like updating fields on our Salesforce. I'd also love to see it connects with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It might do these things, I'm just not aware of it yet.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glean integrates separate data systems like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Atlassian, breaking down data silos. This allows me to use contextual information effectively, especially when preparing for sales calls and assessing company fit.

  ### 8. Game Changer and Productivity Booster

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I like the aspect of building Glean agents as it has been a real game changer for me. I've built a lot of agents to gather insights, analyze trends, and find patterns, leveraging tools around Glean MCP servers as well. Since Glean has rich context to the enterprise platform, it is able to understand and provide great results. That's something that I really love about Glean, using MCP servers and Glean agents.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

One thing that comes to mind is the clean actions, especially those tied with Jira. Whenever Glean performs a JQL search, I've noticed it hallucinating a lot. We could really fine tune that to get the desired results.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Glean to reduce onboarding time significantly, cutting it by around 40%. New employees no longer need constant help from mentors, as Glean answers their questions and helps them understand the product quickly.

  ### 9. Clean UI, Quick Task Completion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrey T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I love the UI of Glean. It's clean and super user-friendly, making it very easy to put data together. I can get stuff done quicker, like writing something that would normally take me three hours, and be able to adjust and refine it in just five minutes before shipping it off to our customers. Additionally, as a user, the initial setup was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Definitely more around the agent capabilities, making it a little bit easier. Also, the ability to create presentations. I think that's a lacking feature of Glean.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love Glean's clean UI and user-friendly interface. It's super easy to gather data, helping me complete tasks faster—what used to take three hours now takes five minutes. It's well integrated with tools we use, like Google Drive, email, and Slack.

  ### 10. Effortless Answers and Time Savings with Glean

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** RUSSELL K. | Machine Teaching Sr. Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean makes finding answers effortless, I can ask natural questions and get direct, trustworthy summaries without hunting across SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and docs. It consistently surfaces the right context, which saves me time and reduces back‑and‑forth with teammates.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Glean delivers strong value, but better transparency, finer controls over sources, and smoother sharing would make it feel faster and more trustworthy for complex or high‑stakes work.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By reducing knowledge fragmentation, Glean centralizes answers across our core tools so I spend less time searching and more time executing. It cuts decision latency and ownership ambiguity by quickly surfacing owners, recent context, and past decisions, and combats version sprawl by pointing to the most current source of truth. It minimizes context switching and duplicative work by consolidating research and exposing prior work I can reuse, speeds onboarding to new workstreams by rolling up history and key artifacts, improves stakeholder alignment with shareable, source-backed answers, and boosts meeting efficiency by consolidating relevant updates and links, ultimately accelerating cycle time, reducing reworks, and improving consistency.

  ### 11. Truly Helpful AI Search That Finds Everything

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will K. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean was one of the first AI tools that actually did something useful for me, and it's still one of the few truly helpful ones. It was basically super powered search that covered _everything_, including email, Google docs, Slack, notion/wikis, and the broader internet.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

It must have been expensive because the company stopped paying for it. Everyone I work with misses it regularly.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Back when we had it, it allowed us to combine all our knowledge sources at once easily to answer specific questions. Most of these tools have exceptionally bad search, but Glean somehow almost always worked and returned something relevant.

  ### 12. Effortless Setup, Broad Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neill K. | Manager, Networking and Wireless, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I like that Glean is connected to company data. I like the model picker and how I can switch between Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI models.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I think that there is some room for growth in it taking action on behalf of the user. I know that's on the roadmap, though.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Glean for finding things within enterprise apps like Office 365, Teams, and more. It integrates with Salesforce and Snowflake, and I handle service desk tickets with it. I like that it's connected to company data and lets me switch between AI models. I've started to use it recently to create mini web pages as dashboards to present information effectively.

  ### 13. Productivity Increased and Search made easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aishwarya S. | Technical Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

The Glean's AI chat has tremendously helped me in easing my work and saving time. It is super helpful. So quick and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Not really. For the work I do, I have been satisfied with the performance

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of hopping multiple places to search something relevant was really irritating, but Glean has solved that! I love it!

  ### 14. Great for searching over multiple platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

It's increasingly good at finding and summarizing information from many different sources. The more sources you connect the better it gets

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Now the search bar defaults to chat unless you do a keyboard shortcut to get around it. I preferred the experience with two tabs where you could pick chat vs search. Both have different use cases and trying to force users into chat for everything is counter-productive

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to search all company files, chat threads, etc to find everything related to a given topic without having to log in to each program individually

  ### 15. Easy UI, Fast Answers, and Smooth Slack Integration

**What do you like best about Glean?**

The ability to tie it into our docs. Also the integration with slack for a Q&A bot has been helpful

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Sometimes it has an error and won't generate a response. Often the errors have a useful error code, but sometimes they lack it completely.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just saves me time, doesn't really solve any problems

  ### 19. Glean is my work search engine

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information and resources are spread across our business, and Glean helps bring everything together in one place.

I’m still a new user when it comes to AI, and I’ve found Glean genuinely helpful so far.

**Reviewed by:** Redowan D. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I use Glean for Slack and Confluence integration to get rich search results. It works okay and can query the most recent Slack messages and can trace or connect them with Confluence documents.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I find it annoying that Glean requires an extra login. Even when I'm already authenticated in another app, Glean makes me authenticate separately. I'm also not happy with the overall search experience.

Glean adds a new tab as a homepage in my Chrome browser and immediately shows me the things I am currently working on. Very intuitive usage. Using on daily basis.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Glean?**

The ability to search across all our workplace tools (Slack, Confluence, Jira, Gmail, Drive) from a single place saves me tons of time.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Sometimes the search results take a few seconds to load, especially for older documents.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Finding information spread across multiple tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence, Gmail, Drive, etc.) without wasting time searching each one separately

2. Breaking knowledge silos — earlier info was stuck in teams or tools, now it’s discoverable across the org.

  ### 31. Glean: Fast Answers, But Sometimes Inaccurate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean is super helpful to get quick answers on various Questions

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Sometimes the answers are incorrect and the AI hallucinates.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) We have multiple products with lots of changes. Glean helps to keep me updated.
2) Helps with some of the common FAQ's.

  ### 32. Connecting Search and RAG AI to elevate Knowledge Management and Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Sr. Manager, Digital Workplace & AI Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Glean?**

The overall focus of Glean is more accutely focused on the user 'get in and get done', recognizing that search is not a destination, but a means to what the user really wants... the answer. Go links for short urls and quick recognition/recall, collections to create logical grouping and drive ownership and good points for data owners to currate content.

The verification system is another offering that demonstrates the understanding that as we move foward with knowledge management and AI, garbage in IS garbage out and companies need to address it with easy to manage and use user interfaces that favor clarity and ease (again, lets make life easy for users to encourage useful and frequent updates)

AI Apps are a game changer, the best company SME (Subject Matter Experts) are constrained on time and access so building an app that your best can keep updated and fed means your users can always have an SMA (Subject Matter AI/Assistant) on point and ready 24x7.

The support staff is engaged and interested in helping to build a better experience, while doing their best to help us understand where things are headed and why they are the way they are.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Search would be improved with greater sorting capabilities, right now relevance (which is not clear to the user) is the main factor but it would be a relative easy addition to allow users to SORT BY date (Z-A or A-Z)

People, while hooked to identity management lacks some flexibility in manual overrides to deal with some user situations with off shore, contractors etc leading to some odd results or missing context

Generative AI is still new and transforming at speed and scale. Keeping up with that pace of change is a significant challenge. Glean seems to struggle with completeness vs accuracy as the development team works out how to contend with how much data the backend LLMs can accept and not miss context or material.

Analytics is a little inflexible but nothing that cant be fixed in the UI. Though you can download the CSV file and slice and dice however you wish, simply setting date ranges and getting clearer indicators that could help drive adoption or be useful reports to more easily email to department leads.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge discovery and enablement which unlocks producitivity. With an active statistic showing that users spend almost 2 hours of a normal day simpling looking for the information and personnel they need to get work done, anything we can do to reduce that time puts users back to producitive work or provides greater opportunity for work/life balance.

  ### 33. Helps me quickly find the things I need to find!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly G. | Associate Sourcer, Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I like Gleans homepage. I frequently use it to click on items in the "recent" tab to have easy access to documents that I am working on. I also like that I can look up people in my company along with their tenure, location, reporting chain, etc. Laslty, I enjoy using the gleanbot to quickly find answers to almost everything. I have used other chat AI bots and this is the best one I've seen.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

My company is very concered about security, so I don't think we are getting the full use of glean because we do not have everything integrated (IE slack and email). This isn't really a glean issue per say, but I wish my company would allow this. Maybe after glean is more tenured and trusted in the market, this will be an option.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glean allows me to focus on my job without wasting time tracking down documents or questions that I have.

  ### 34. The best enterprise productivity tool that I've ever used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarin B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Answers! In a large enterprise, information is scattered across thousands of documents, Slack messages, JIRA tickets and what not. Previously, Glean search used to be a great tool to identify these which in itself saved time) but still one had to spend a lot of time to understand and "glean" the right information out from the results. But Glean Chat totally changed the game, with the ability to provide direct answers, saving hours of work at a time! I ended up using it multiple times daily, getting answers more than 90% of the time.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I don't dislike anything about Glean Chat

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing about Glean Chat is that it helps in finding the right answer from millions of internal documents and Slack conversations. It has saved me easily more than 100 hours so far. I also find it fascinating that I can ask questions about specific database table columns and values, and almost always there's a helpful answer available.

  ### 35. Glean has improved my productivity exponentially!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison M. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean has saved me countless hours searching our internal systems to find the answer to a question or a particular resource. The search functionality is always spot on and helps me uncover things that I would have never found without Glean. I use Glean multiple times per day and have never had any technical issues with it. It's the best investment our team has ever made!

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I cannot think of anything I dislike! There are definitely features I could take advantage of more though, like collections and answers.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching for answers to customer questions or for a particular resource, using a single search tool to scan all of our internal systems. This capability saves me so much time, because before Glean I would have to individually search Slack, Confluence, and Support tickets to find an answer to a single question.

  ### 36. A story about my best friend, Glean!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

During onboarding, Glean helped me ramp quickly and acquire all the institutional knowledge I needed to be successful. The landing page gives me a great overview of upcoming calls, trending resources, and suggested documents to review so I know what to do next and how to prioritize my day. The search function is easy to use and customize based on my specific role and the applications I use most frequently. It's saved me a tremendous amount of time. I no longer have to constantly toggle between applications and lose context and focus as I go. I'm thankful that Grammarly provides Glean company-wide as it helps us all collaborate and work better together.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I've found no downsides yet. Given how robust their resource center it, I'm sure if I have any questions or issues, I'll quickly be able to self-serve and find support.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get information quickly and take the best action. It's an awesome workplace efficiency tool.

  ### 37. So easy to use and set up!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Glean?**

The ability to easily access any information across our systems has been super helpful! I like to be able to see all possible options when either looking for information for internal needs OR when I need to share something with a customer. Really has helped me save time when searching or asking someone else.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

No dislikes at the moment - glean was very easy to install and I was able to start working with it instantly.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me find the most relevant content for either myself or my customer. I always try to be proactive when finding material for either myself or my customers but sometimes don't know where to go to find it - this has really helped me save time.

  ### 38. Glean makes work a dream

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean is truly the Google for your internal workspace. I can easily search our myriad of company apps and documents to find exactly what I'm looking for—or something better. As a marketer for a technical product, Glean often serves as a subject matter expert (SME) I can rely on to find the right expertise and knowledge about our product.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

While Glean is the best internal search tool out there, it can sometimes be hard to comb through the search results since they are so expansive. Glean does its best to solve this with advanced filtering capabilities, but it helps to have a somewhat organized workspace and the right access levels at the onset. Regardless, life with Glean is infinitely better than life without it.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glean saves precious time spent combing through troves of internal data by putting that knowledge at my fingertips. My key use cases include: 1) Creating accurate, high-quality marketing collateral using resources and expertise found through Glean. 2) Easily viewing org charts to find the right cross-functional collaborators across departments (no more scouring through Workday). 3) One clean, simple view when I open a new tab that includes Glean search, recently visited pages, and my calendar (even better than the Momentum Chrome extension).

  ### 39. Love the new Glean AI Feature

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I used to always use Glean solely as a search engine which it was great at. It helped me be self-sufficient at my company by allowing me to work asynchronously with my colleagues and find any information that I needed on my own. Now that Glean has released their new AI Chatbot, this has made searching even easier. The new AI Chatbot has done a great job of giving me correct answers to my questions and making me work even more efficiently.

Other things that have been nice about Glean are that it consolidates everything that I need to know in one place. For example, when I login, I'm able to see my upcoming meetings as well as any announcements by my company's administrators on the homepage. It is my favorite productivity tool

I've also participated in a few UI/UX research sessions with Glean that have been fun to be a part of.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

There is nothing I dislike about Glean as of now. I haven't used customer support at all so I'm unable to comment on that.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glean allows me to find information about any topic within my company in an efficient manner

  ### 40. Search everything!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel H. | Principal Customer Analyst II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I love the ability to search across multiple apps! The recent section is also super nifty.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I wish there was also a commonly opened section in addition to Recent - there are several files I come searching for day in day out that may not always show under recent.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can search for something I am looking for in one place! Sometimes it is hard to recall if the thing I am looking for is in Google Drive, Box, Atlassian, etc - here I don't have to remember because it can search them all! :)

  ### 41. One search to rule them all

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

The rapid filtering of results make it easy to slice and dice results to get to the material I need. The loose search also helps find related documentation and conversations that would have otherwise been missed.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Nothing, this tool has made retrieval of material a breeze

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has used multiple documentation and communication platforms over the years, which led to quite a bit of information sprawl. Glean has pulled all of it together into a simple interface that is useful for long-time employees as well as new hires.

  ### 42. Go-to search for any company-specific information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean searches through everything: Google Docs, Gmail, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub. It is the best way to find information about any topic, project, or technology at work. It was easy to set up and integrate, is easy to use, and I have it as my browser new tab page because I use it hourly, and there is a mobile app too!

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Nothing, it is a great product today and continuous updates including AI summaries are exciting.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding company-specific knowledge and documents related to my work

  ### 43. Glean is real nice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Helps me find stuff internally and segments it into source types. Easy to use, implement, integrate.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I don't like that it includes slack conversations I'm not a part of as some of the search results. Feels invasive.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me find help articles internally, especially older ones.

  ### 44. Glean easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendall G. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

I love that I can search anything on Glean and the most signifigant answers within my company organization load

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Sometimes if you open a document, it prioritizes that in the search

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glean helps me easily find internal tools I am looking for, also it helps me find the answers to many questions

  ### 45. Helps me know what our deeper technical, product experts know

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esther T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

- Allows us to run lean after recent layoffs impacted our support team
- Powerful preview text for each search result
- Search results are actually very good from the start, and get better over time
- Filterable search when you start to prioritize some sources over others

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

- I can't use it for our external support community. Imagine if we found a way to have filtered results that were relevant and appropriate for customers to just Glean stuff for themselves!!

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a PLG company and offer a free plan. Without a tool like Glean, it would take us easily hours (maybe more) to search through all of our internal knowledge bases and properly answer questions from our free plan users. While we do have a lot of self-serve content, as a B2B SaaS company, you can never get around the niche, very specific questions users will face that just cannot be resolved by 1:many content. Glean helps us find these answers for our free users.

  ### 46. Great Business Search Engine!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean consolidates most platforms my org uses for analytics, resources, and more. The UI is simple and straightforward and saves immense amounts of time wasted on searching one by one across different tools.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

This may be an issue with mine or the org's settings, but Glean does require me to log in quite frequently, which is a tad bit time consuming. I would appreciate longer timeout intervals.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glean lets me search for what I'm looking for in one consolidated space, in lieu of searching across multiple platforms. It reduces overlapping information across systems and saves time for users.

  ### 47. Best way to find internal information

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Better search capabilities than even product-specific search functionalities (e.g. Google Drive searchbar). That combined with the ability to view multiple information sources make using it a no-brainer.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Integrations with various products can occasionally stop working unexpectedly.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding internal documentation, getting context on new tasks quickly

  ### 48. Easy to use and extremely efficient tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zak K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Being able to locate what I'm looking for across all my internal tools with one quick and easy search

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

Nothing comes to mind - it does what it needs to do perfectly.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to search through many different databases/chats to find content/answers

  ### 49. Save time searching for docs and messages!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke C. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

Glean saves me hours per week. It helps us search through thousands of company docs, wiki pages, slack messages, and countless digital artifacts. It's also an excellent tool for research. Rather than pinging someone on Slack to ask for context or project docs, I can search different keywords to find all the related documents.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I've found Glean is less helpful when searching through Slack. It's much better at documents.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document and message search

  ### 50. Basically Google across all my company resources!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey G. | Senior Systems Test Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Glean?**

"I love spending time searching for that one document" - No One Ever
Glean is one of those tools where the effectiveness is inversely correlated to the amount of time I spend using it. I know for a fact Confluence search is garbage, as I've spent a ridiculous amount of time rephrasing my query to find that one page I already know exists. Glean is my "new page" page, so I always know how to find it. The search functionality meets or exceeds my high expectations for finding documents/resources quickly. I like how it searches across all these platforms at once.

**What do you dislike about Glean?**

I frequently try to find Confluence pages, but since Glean searches across everything, it will usually find some JIRA results as well. The icons for both Confluence and JIRA are blue, so I think I'm opening a Confluence page only to be surprised by a JIRA ticket.

**What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to spend far less time searching for what I need. This not only saves me time but occasionally my coworkers time as well since I might send them a message to ask if they know where that specific document is.
