**What do you like best about Glassbox?**

Glassbox provides out-of-box session replay with search and filtering, allowing developers to directly observe user interactions, pinpointing UI/UX friction and reproducing bugs in their original context. The DOM snapshots accelerate debugging and inform targeted improvements, reducing time spent on issue replication.

**What do you dislike about Glassbox?**

More details in the joruney map and the funnel for better issue resoluion such as a personalised struggle score

**What problems is Glassbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A dashboard application for building management. The complex UI makes user behavior difficult to understand. Generally the business relied on in-person customer surveys to observe their usage of the dashboards and make improvements. Glassbox session replay makes this doable on larger scale.

I use it mostly for watching replays. I like that it segments the user journey into events that I can navigate to find what I am looking for faster.

I like how everything seems to be interconnected such as going from a session to funnel and then taking that back to the interaction map very intuitive

The payload of the sessions has details which are not always used

I love the AI part in the session replay and the way is puts togeather a summary of all sessions so that we dont need to play them back. it also has referance points in the summary to the parts in the session - which are highlighted in the summary

System can be a fraction slow sometimes but overall this is a great tool for us

**What do you like best about Glassbox?**

The idea of actually seeing a session is something i never seen before anywhere else. For me as a developer the mose usable case is when i cannot reproduce crashes from logs when there is not enough information.

**What do you dislike about Glassbox?**

Remembering and making sure sensitive information is masked is important and might require maintenance. The only extra work you need to put into your project when developing new fetures etc.

**What problems is Glassbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me as an ios developer it solves recreating crashed i find on crashlytics and where the logs i get there are not enough for me to reproduce.
Or any other edge cases that are harder to reproduce, glassbox helps to see step by step what the user did.

It does take some time to get  yourself familer properly with the product and glassbox could make use of more learning materials inside of the product itself to make onboarding easier

Love the application as it allows real time visibility of actions taken on the system. This helps for coaching and understanding for investigation. This also improves performance. The application it self is very easy and simple to use. Glassbox is used for daily monitoring to prevent data breaches as well. it also breaks it down in a timeline

**What do you dislike about Glassbox?**

I can't think of anything out of the normal - maybe have it esier to build reports

We get daily escalations of data breaches or missed informed clients. We use glassbox to track the consultants actions and if they were able to read the system accurately, make the accurate changes and relay the accurate information back to the customer. We resolve business data breaches and future money losses by actively viewing glassbox

I like being able to see all the different details per session. Seeing the session, from beginning to end, with the explanations to the left (saying what is happening with each click)

Sessions views are not exactly same as we see on user experience, styles on the Ui are overlapping when viewing the sessions and it can be improved a lot that brings good user experience when tracking

I LOVE the ability to actually watch sessions to see what customers are doing on the app or website. adobe works in aggregate but you miss the insights for WHY the customer is dropping off. seeing them struggle on certain features or designs lets us focus on the right thing.

ere's my ask for a fix: i cannot easily find pages within the experience and watch issues on them. it's a pain in the ass - and if it were easier my team and i would use glassbox a TON more.

**What problems is Glassbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team primarily uses glass box for troubleshooting and prioritizing fixes. Frequently we'll get qualitative feedback around an issue, but customers don't have the right words for what's actually broken. we tie the sesssion to feedback and use that to watch what's actually happening. this also acts as 'evidence' for the engineering teams to diagnose what calls are failing etc.

I love using box to be able to troubleshoot with an account holder who is having technical difficulites. I can see on my end where they account holder is running into errors.

I love everything about glassbox, the only feature I wish glassbox had is to be able to see account holders screen real time to help navigate discover website.

Glassbox is benefical for web support department. When submitting tickets it is important to research and see what the underlying issue is on why account holders are having trouble logging in. Glassbox features makes that helpful in doing so

**What do you like best about Glassbox?**

I’ve been using Glassbox for about 6 months now, heavily over the past 2 months, and it’s impressive. It gives me a good amount of insight and flexibility in setting up relevant reports, as well as ability to track individual components. I like the data visualization tools that are availabile, making it easy to identify issues and improve user experience.

**What do you dislike about Glassbox?**

Nothing major which stands out - a very powerfull tool from my perspective

**What problems is Glassbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm currently using it to get basic analytics, like unique visitors, spread of users geographically, struggle scores, etc., mainly the basics because we are just starting to use it in our area of the organisation and need to baseline usage. We're also looking at things like page load and download times per page. The intent is to apply tracking IDs in these products very soon.

Glassbox provides more than just metrics about who does what on the site. Having the recorded sessions, journey maps, and interaction maps all in one tool helps elevate my understanding of how users use my site in a way that I can't get from either qualitative or quantitative alone.

more communication on product updates and new features would be great

I am trying to gain a quantitative perspective of qualitative problems. I take comments from individual users obtained through qualitative studies then use Glassbox to try to understand more about that issue. For example, are other users having the same problem? Or what is the context of the problem; how did the user come to experience that problem in the context of other pages, their journey, and navigation.

We use many Glassbox reports to understand our customers and now with GIA for reports it's become easier than ever to understand the highlights and key takeaways of these reports. Previously it would days to analyze a report and decide on action items, now it can take just a few minutes

It can take  time for the sessions to load and replay

Glassbox provides an easy way for me to analyze sessions where fraud occurs. This gives us invaluable insight into how fraudsters behave and also assists us in coming up with new strategies to combat unauthorized activity.

The struggle score! I love that I can pinpoint to a section that GlassBox has already highlighted for me. I also love that I can speed up or skip to pertinent details in the recording.

the granularity of the event tracking. It means I can track specific issues by user level and that helps me generalise later if there are issues

I solve problems for customers everyday using Glass box. Customers face many problems every day. Some problems they face is the fact that they are alone and don't have any one to assist them. By using glass box, I am able to give the customer an extra pair of eyes on the situation at hand. Using glass box allows the customer to have help in a new innovative way.

The amount of information provided and the fact that it is all avaialbe for us and is tagless. All this make it very easy to get value. I have been using Glassbox to search for the loading  errors and where the core web vitals of pages are not performing properly

There are some contraints on data retention - after about 3 months sessions are no loner available for analysis

to determine what IPs have accessed which accounts and when. this is a time saver for us and helps us reduce the areas of friction. Measuring the Core Web Vitals such as LCP and CLS enable us to react very quickly to any performance issue on our pages before it hits our SEO

Might just be a me thing, but I am not very sure of all the features and what i can do, not sure if this exists yet, but it would be nice to see a heat map of presses on a screen of like the users in a timee period
