Glaass Pro Pros and Cons

Issues that we had with Glaass have all been addressed. Including -

• A dedicated app for iPhones and Androids

• Revised register which allows you to search and isolate the Action Items

All of the cases look the same; simple to use and not complicated; mobile interface is excellent; very easy to modify templates without contacting Glaass; Great traceability; can create any kind of register to find or analyse data; widgets provide fantastic graphical representation of Project Health. As the Inspection and Test Plan case creator, I get sent a notification every time a lot has been created which fills up my dashboard. Makes it harder to see the cases that are sent to me for action. Glaass is a simple to use, intuitive system that has introduced significant (between 25% and 50%) efficiencies in the administrative load on our engineers.

The team at Glaass provided industry leading support through the procurement process. As a result of an onerous internal procurement and approval process the implementation program was put under pressure. The team at Glaass worked closely with us to halve the contracted implementation time frame and ensure that the system was up and running by the immovable milestone of our construction start-up.

Their ongoing support, post implementation, is unrivalled in the industry. Lachlan and his team are available to us, online, over the phone and in person at a moment’s notice to resolve the inevitable start up glitches (of which there have been few) and nothing is too much trouble for him and his team.

I hope that the use of Glaass on my Project is the start of a long working relationship with Glaass, Lachlan and his team. If it is up to me Glaass is the only system I will use on future projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glass Pro combines the features of all previous EDMS and sums it up as the best I have ever used. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Easy to retrieve and search data. The images can not follow the ITP together when people create the lot, It take time for people to look for some of the information when ITP itself has multiple images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glaass has the best structure as software, it's hard to lose track of your own activities and it easy to use.

I helped to set up, with different templates that best describe our quality system and we can add more. it is all digitalised, even verification checklists. with the register we can send reports to our client and our lots can have the BIM model linked.
