As the Inspection and Test Plan case creator, I get sent a notification every time a lot has been created which fills up my dashboard. Makes it harder to see the cases that are sent to me for action. Glaass pro is an amazing platform that uses a modern approach in its design, it's highly intuitive, easy to use and simple to implement.
With all important documents, work flows and information in one central location, with the added bonus of it being available as an app on the mobile phone makes it super-efficient to complete daily tasks that are updated in real time from anywhere. It offers many features that are customisable with modern short cuts such as the ability to @mentions in tasks to quickly add required users.
The support is very professional, helpful and friendly, quick turnaround in answering any questions and also providing solutions to cover every possible scenario. They also have a large library of videos and articles available with clear explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is easy to use on a daily basis. It has various features including ongoing customer support. The system is used with ease of implementaion and intergration.
One of the advanges is you don't need to worry about paper as it's all captured in one system online or on your phone with easy reporting fuctions to suite the business.
Glaass works with the business frequently, and caters to the needs of the business which makes it easy when setting up systems for what is required to get the results.

Glaass Pro provides instant collaboration while allowing any team to request an inspection, track and assign required stakeholders, and easily report on inspection requirements and progress and promotes data transparency.
Glass Pro has an option to upload an Inspection test plan which helps in effective management of work lots and inspections and easier for the project team to understand acceptance criteria for each work inspections activities.
Document Management
Glaass is efficient in managing project documents, it controls a single source of project truth, provides a comprehensive history of documents. It eliminates obsolete document and allow implementation of recent version of documents.

When setting up Glaass, you will need to have a clear idea on what processes you want to use Glaass for, and how your processes intertwine with other functional areas. It is beneficial to map out processes in advance to make Glaass as functional as possible. In construction projects, insufficient process planning upfront impacts on how Glaass is set up for your project. GLAASS is a super easy and straightforward system to use. The platform has many features which is able to capture a wide spread of data for the company, and is of course captured in the one system making reporting both simple and quick.
GLAASS can also be downloaded on IOS and/or Anroids and the app is also easy to navigate, thus meaning you can easily report any data instantly on via the app on your mobile phone.

Linking of Hold Points/Witness Points, ITPs to lots or vice versa. In some cases, it so happens that hold points need to be created prior to the lot being created, for eg. submission of method statements or PQP or procedure or documents of that kind. The good thing about glaass is you can create the hold point now and then once the lot is created in future, the linking of hold point can be done to the lot. In addition, the register view is helpful to provide an overall QA summary. And the mobile version for glaass is very user-friendly, I use it on site all the time when I am to retrieve a lot or a corresponding hold or witness points or project documents/specification. Workflows once created and step 1 is accepted, we are unable to delete the workflow, or edit the workflow. The initial set up and working on the platform could be a little daunting at first which was the case with me, but with continuous training and practicing on the platform, it would become second nature. It is very easy and intuitive to use. The team is very responsive with quick turnarounds for queries. We had an new module built that sits outside the standard suite and the team to great care to understand our needs and built this module to our specs. Glass Pro allows everything to be digitalized, formatted and filed away at your fingertips. This creates an easier way to implement all policies and procedures of the business within all program regarding safety.
