**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

GivingFuel has a clean interface and is fairly user friendly. We also had no problem integrating their site to our personal website.  In addition, their online support system is fast and very helpful. Our organizaiton also enjoys that you can have multiple campaigns running at one time. Finally, their ability to send giving statements at the end of the year to donors is an absolute breeze and takes a lot of the administrative task loads off of us.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

There are a few features I wish were allowed on the separate fundraiser pages. For example, we may have one fundraiser that wants to edit the amount they need to raise as they've received donations in physical checks but you cannot do this.

**What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most helpful tool that GivingFuel offers for our nonprofit is the ability to have separate fundraising pages for different campaigns.

**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

Our church started using GivingFuel last year.  Of course, I had plenty of questions along the way, but the overall experience with GivingFuel has been fantastic.  GivingFuel offers a simple way to process and track giving.  Add to that the wonderful people who work there!  The staff is always willing to help and are so pleasant to interact with.  In particular is a lady named Maddy.  She has jumped in on quite a few of my requests/questions.  She's quick, helpful, and kind.  If you're looking for an simple, low cost technology solution that comes with a boat load of good old fashioned support, look no further than GivingFuel.  And if you end up working with Maddy, well, consider yourself blessed!

I wish I had the capability of hiding certain and specific data points from other users.

The ability to allow different ways for people to give in a simple format.

**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

GivingFuel is easy to navigate and easy to use! I haven't been using it long however, I have been able to fulfill my thoughts and ideas with the wide variety of templates and resources. I had a small problem and the customer service was amazing to quickly fix the issue. Maddy was great! I highly recommend using GivingFuel for all of your fundraising and donation needs.

I haven't been using it long enough to really have a dislike. Some of my problems have been user error and a lack of research.

GivingFuel is a vital aspect of how our missionaries are supported. Because of GivingFuel, they can continue their work in many other countries and not have to worry about each donation that is sent to them. When donors log on, they are met with the ease of the website and the comfort of having a secure place to donate.

GivingFuel always helps with any problems I've had. They always respond and also follow up. They are great.

There is nothing so far that I dislike. Once there was an issue with my donors recurring donations disappearing, but we were able to solve it. I think it was a software issue, but it was fixed.

They take donations for our nonprofit and always help with any problems that come up.

I began using GivingFuel in early 2024, and have had a great experience thus far with navigating the software and with using help and tech support resources.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

Overall I have very few complaints! This is a bit nitpicky, but rearranging items on a given webpage sometimes feels a little clunky. For example, dragging and dropping an image or line sometimes takes an extra try or two to get it into the right position.

GivingFuel allows the organization I work for to fundraise and manage donor data with ease.

I actually use RegFox for our summer camp program, and accidentally navigated in error to GivingFuel.  Nevertheless, the customer support person, Maddy, was so helpful and showed me the reason for my confusion!

It is easy to set up and use. You can make new giving pages in minutes and start receiving donations.

The templates are a little limited. Which is not a big problem, but I would sometimes like more options.

Similar products only allow you to link one payment gateway or have limited giving pages. With giving fuel, we can have multiple pages and multiple gateways linked to different accounts, helping our accounting staff in a massive way as they can see each page separately and not have to try and segment gifts.

I LOVE their quick and easy chat to reach their customer service team. They are quick to explain and help answer questions. Our donors can easily access their accounts, and we can see which donors have had their credit cards declined.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

The payment processors has been an issue for us - we need both ACH and credit card payment options. Giving Fuel has many options, but their preferred processor doesn't accept ACH transfers.

Easy way to accept donations! We love that we can easily transfer to SalesForce, and the donor usability is great.

Customer Service has always been great! We had a recent issue with our Billing. My customer service rep, Anca, stayed on top of it and made it a point to keep me updated until the issue was resolved. For the most part the system itself is end-user friendly, there is some room for improvement.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

I would like to have the ability to integrate it into our CRM for auto populating gifts. We have also experienced other platforms where the address auto populates once you start typing, we'd really like to see this same feature with GivingFuel.

We use to collect our credit card donations. The donation form is connected to our website which makes it easy and convenient for donors to navigate to which is nice.

Super easy to use, very intuitive.  Love that I can create giving  pages, event registration pages etc easily.  On the rare occasion that I get stuck, customer service is always ready to help.

It ws simple to use and ease to get setup right away. They integrate easily with the event/ticketing software for a one-stop-shop experience.

I didn't like that the lower pricing tiers didn't have any portal for donors to login themselves. That was unexpected.

I love how easily it communicates with Salesforce. I love the customer service.

Sometimes editing an account gets weird. I will think I have changed things in one area only to find out it didn't stick or the same info is buried somewhere else.

We now have an easy way for donors to partner with us. Hardly anyone wants to send checks anymore.

It is donor friendly, easy to make visually appealing pages, and once your hands are dirty it becomes easier and easier to make quality pages. It has to be one of the best online giving products on the market.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

I wish there was a way to tell the software you wanted to build a more customizable page when you needed it. It's not a fully custom product and they do not advertise as such, but when you need it, it would be helpful to have.

It's so simple to link our website to givingfuel and make it feel like donors aren't leaving our website. We have fully integrated it into our online brand and our regular donors are just so comfortable with it.

GivingFuel is fairly intuitive. The tool provides beyond the basics. I really like having the action tool to customize the donation forms. The customer service has always been fantastic. If I get stuck on something, I can pop onto chat and get an answer back in minutes. They have always been helpful.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

Though this is a pretty good tool for our organization and does provide a lot of customization, I would like to see even more customization. I also wish there were more learning videos on CSS through their site so I could really make my online form pop.

We use GivingFuel for our online donation forms. We can set up multiple donation forms and pages. It is a simple tool not just for us, but also for our donors. We can also track from year to year with their reports.

**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

The customer service and help center has been incredible. They have been awesome when I needed support, reports, and assistance. I haven't experienced another platform with the standard of support I have with GivingFuel. 

Super easy to customize campaigns and giving pages. Very user-friendly!

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

The reporting is not as in-depth as I would like. There are fairly basic reports in the fundraising world that you cannot pull in GivingFuel. The reporting accessibility could use improvement.

It is really easy to take donations, register for events, & manage recurring donors. Our donors can easily access their giving and update their information. 

We've been able to create new campaigns within minutes and manage our fundraising pages without significant IT help or experience.

They help the org I am associated with process financial gifts. I also like how user friendly the website management is.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

It isn't small org friendly. Because I am not an administrator, I cannot use all of the tools for my pages in Giving Fuel. It leaves me needing to utilize other programs for donor management, and I do not like this. I would like to have access to the Contacts tab for my pages without having to see the rest of the organizations donors.

**What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They don't seem to be solving any problems for me. The other features that Giving Fuel offers are for larger operations. I try to limit my interaction with Giving Fuel for that reason. I did currently have to reach out to Giving Fuel and had an interaction with Jonnie. He responded quickly and professionally. I wish he had taken a little initiative to look into the issue instead of sighting policy. It was evident that a transaction process had failed either with Giving Fuel or the donor's bank. I was looking for confirmation that the error was not on the Giving Fuel side, not an understanding of how the policy is set up.

GivingFuel provides a variety of seamless, easy-to-use templates that make page creation a breeze! I was able to make a successful giving campaign in under 30 minutes.

I'm a Wix user, so when trying to manipulate features in the template such as color, text, & visual appeal I found it to be a bit basic. I wished that I was able to do bit more with the aesthetics of the page.

As a non-profit, YoungLife relies heavily on donations and fundraising. GivingFuel allows our team to reach our donors via email and social media without spending hours on a campaign set up. We like that it's user-friendly and templates are provided to save us time.

Ease of reporting, exporting data, building pages, and good customer service.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

The fees. It would be great if there were a fee cap or system that didn't bass the fee off a percentage of the larger transaction.

Online giving opportunities that are easy to manage and provide the opportunity for branding and customization as needed. It's great that my admin team can manage and build the pages--giving my small shop a lof of flexibility.

**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

Whether you're an expert at GivingFuel or new to the site, the customer service team is fantastic. They are willing to help every step of the way and are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

Sometimes you have to go with TicketSpice for registration & donation options combined. I started creating a sheet in GivingFuel only to find out that TicketSpice would work better for what I was trying to accomplish.

**What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GivingFuel is a one-stop shop for our donors to make a quick donation just through a link.  These donations could be event specific, cause specific, etc.  This helps keep things on our end organized by being able to identify where money is coming in from.

**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

GF Support staff feel like they are your friends and they care about not only getting you an answer to your questions but the quality of that answer. Aaron is the single best support staff member from any company's support team I have ever met or worked with. You are in great hands with Webconnex support.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

Nowadays I have nothing to complain about with regard to support. Any complaints are from the past and no longer apply.

**What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an interesting client because we represent 50+ clients. As such, the quality of support that Webconnex provides reflects on my company at the end of the day. Because of this it means that much more to me that Webconnex cares about the quality of the answers I have to pass on to my team. For example, one of our clients was having login issues and no amount of troubleshooting seemed to solve the issue. It also definitely seemed to be an issue on the client's end (network or hardware issue) - still, knowing it was not an issue on Webconnex's end, Aaron worked tirelessly to help our clients get to the bottom of the issue and help them feel heard. Aaron is just amazing at his job.

**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

GivingFuel has also been a simple and convenient way to track our donations. Downloading donation reports is a straightforward process, and transactions are easy to filter (recurring, declined, first-time donors). The customer support is very responsive and helps resolve questions quickly. It's also super simple -- you just need to open a live chat and ask a question!

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

It may be a bit difficult to get used to the interface at first, but again, the support staff (especially Aaron!) is incredibly responsive and willing to help.

**What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solicit donations from various places -- social media, advertisements in local shops, flyers, and our website, to name a few -- and GivingFuel conveniently allows us to store all those donations in one location.

**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

The cost compared to our previous product is excellent. We also like how the entire software is web-based, with no need to have downloaded software or program on a dedicated computer.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

While we love the chat feature, we certainly would love a way to make phone calls to a customer service rep at any moment (during business hours, of course!). Moreover, we often feel like we are trying to fit a square peg into a round hole for some of the ways we want the product to service our guests.

**What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most recently, GivingFuel has been helping to provide a better peer-to-peer giving solution for mission trip participants. While it still is far from perfect, the most recent solution has been a good start.

Giving Fuel has multiple easy ways to set up & manage customized pages for donations, search for donations, and manage donors.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

Each donor needs to use a unique email, or they will be bundled into the same account. This is only an issue if you have older donors without emails but still want to donate by credit card.

It allows us to have a customizable donation page that we can easily attach to our website and donor emails.

I can easily see all transactions that have been submitted, completed or declined. I like how I can add notes or messages and help setup recurring for our customers as to number of payments or change information as needed.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

There were just one or two confirmation emails that the reference number presented complete was that of a declined transaction. But not to worry, I check on the report I download.

Also, we have a few customers who were trying to use American Express.

GivingFuel was able to flag transactions that appeared suspicious and needed review and approval on the gateway portal. For example, one was a real customer, while the other was not. So the suspicious customer I reported to Aaron.

I love how user friendly it is!  We have been using givingfuel for about a week and we have already created three pages that we need for upcoming events! The staff has been amazing as well!

Although it is easy to use, it definitely takes getting "used"to the system. Nothing that can't be solved in a couple hours and with some assistance! Aaron has been super helpful for this!

We are able to make more dynamic pages. Before our donation page did not look the best and we had to go through multiple systems.

I like the ease of using the software, and I encourage all my clients to switch over to GivingFuel for the great value it provides. Three percent for processing plus $59/month is an excellent price. My clients often come to me having paid 4% or 5% per transaction. I feel that I am giving my clients instant good value when I switch them over to GivingFuel.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

I would like to be able to customize how my pages appear on desktop, tablet and mobile devices as I am able to do in the Dive WordPress environment for my web pages.

**Recommendations to others considering GivingFuel:**

Give them a try. You'll pay 3% processing fee per transaction and they allow you to raise your first $5,000 at no charge; then $59 per month for the interface.

**What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have found that rather than use different kinds of pages for different fundraising campaigns, I can often create multiple features on one page and hide or show what I need depending on my needs. One month, I may be pushing an event that involves selling sponsorships and tickets. The next month, I might simply be asking donors to match a previous donation. By hiding/showing the different elements I need for each kind of campaign, I can do a variety of different kinds of fundraising from one page.

GivingFuel not only gave our church a cost-effective platform for collecting contributions but also has a variety of other ways to engage our community without creating separate collection systems.

My only issue with GivingFuel so far has been working with an unfamiliar interface. While there are a wide variety of options, it is not always intuitive, which has led to my engaging with the (very helpful) tech team at GivingFuel.

**What do you like best about GivingFuel?**

GivingFuel provides a flexible product that has helped us elevate our fundraising game. The product support team is incredible and always willing to help. Even when they don't know the answer immediately they work together and research to find the answers. They are also willing to take feedback to improve their product.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

While they are responsive via chat, I do wish phone support was more available. At times it would be easier to explain certain situations and get instructions via phone, but that is a small critique since they do well responding via chat/e-mail and always work toward a solution. I do also wish donor profiles were more robust with the ability to combine constituents into a household for combined giving records, etc.

GivingFuel provides us with multiple payment gateway options (including options to reduce fees for payment processing) and a flexible system that makes it easy to build fundraising pages.

Giving Fuel is easy to use, has great reporting and its customer service is stellar.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

The only thing that is a bit tricky is understanding the payment gateways.  We started with WePay and then moved to NMI Cornerstone in order to ACH.  There were a few steps that were needed and although I received great video's on how to do things, there was one step that wasn't mentioned in order to get my pages to show the ACH feature.  This was to go into Basic Setup and change from WePay to NMI.  However, since customer service is so great - it was only a matter of minutes until my mystery was solved!

There is only one more feature we would like, that we do not.  Many donors want to remain anonymous, and there is no way to do that with Giving Fuel.

**Recommendations to others considering GivingFuel:**

I came from both a nonprofit and a high-tech background.  I managed a helpdesk for 15 years and know world-class customer service.  Aaron and his co-workers deliver!  They are fast to respond, knowledgable, courteous and follow through - almost unheard of in today's customer care world.

**What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came from another organization that used Donor Elf.  We are newly incorporated and have complicated donor management and reporting needs.  Most of our needs are met.

Small business feel and help from a real person. Their service is great for my needs as well in terms of what they provide through their platform. I needed a lot of help learning details of the platform initially because my boss wasn't super helpful so I was learning on my own, and the Giving Fuel staff really helped me get things figured out quickly. They are also all so kind!

Nothing that I've come across! They provide more details than I need personally in terms of fundraising stats, but it's all well organized and I'm able to see what I need to see easily.

Giving Fuel made accepting donations super easy. I could also adjust online forms and include notes easily at donors' requests. I recently had a demo with Aaron. He did a great job of highlighting GF's awesome features. I loved how easy it was to set up online donation forms, create different giving purposes, and make changes at the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about GivingFuel?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Giving Fuel. We started with Giving Fuel and then changed to a different software for different reasons. However, we really liked how GF works and we're considering using the platform again.

Giving Fuel is user-friendly. Sometimes we'll have a new person coming into our organization, so GF's clean and effective interface makes cross-training very smooth.
