It would be great if they direct us to create a CV too especially for the beginners. I often felt like I didn't know what I was doing wrong or right and was very much hapless in the face of this at times often daunting task. Randomly sending them my CV, I got a call from Sam Hickson, Team Lead at Give a Grad a Go, the very next day and he walked me through the entire application process of what turned out to be a great opportunity for a first job, one I probably would otherwise only have glanced over amidst a myriad of advertisements. Providing a lot of information and context and interview guidance, I really felt supported and genuinely cared for, which is a great personal touch in comparison to the many others, often very pushy recruiters I had been in contact before.
