It has a package that allows unlimited users. It has a modern interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I paid $600 for their lifetime license and in June 2023, they want to charge me to access my own data. They were limiting only 3 months of data retrieval. To see more I had to pay for it.i don't see why I have to pay anymore when I have a lifetime license, which never stipulated that my days will be limited to months in the future.
I tried working something out with the company and to go as far as paying for some type of a subscription.
Getting an overall time report is non existent. Though they have a place to track your time, their is no way to get a consolidated report without downloading then cori and paste. If you want to track your employees time,v this is not the program to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GitScrum is really a great product if you think about working with the development team. But, while they improved UI by a mile, they went back to the functionality part.
Good for medium-sized teams! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the biggest cons of using GitScrum is that it lacks the feature of jumping to board from a task. When you receive a task in your email and follow that link, you will be able to see the task, but once you exit the popup of task, you will be redirected to a random place in the tool - so you do all the work of finsing that board from the scratch. I've tried a lot of project management apps, but only GitScrum gave me the flexibility I needed. Besides all features it offers out of the box, many of them I needed to install addons in other tools. It's very helpful not to think about third party tools to make it work as I need it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I miss a more fluid interface where elements are dragged and dropped softly, and I'd love to see a simpler way of adding labels to the tasks. Maybe a simple list would be enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gitscrum has many features, such as Wiki, Mindmap, Documents, Discussion, Calendar, Sprint, etc, that I like, and I am happy to work with my team and clients there - all in one single platform
The dark mode also is the point I like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not many; I hope they will have a more displaying style for Board and tasks such as grid style or list style.
The icons on the top menu should display their Title when hovering the mouse. This is good for new members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I thought it would be a great app but I feel like I have lost money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
• Technical service does not respond.
• When you duplicate tasks, the checklists do not duplicate. Basically, only the title duplicates.
• They promise integration with Trello, but it's a lie.
• To create checklist templates, you must do it with the administrator account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GitSCrum is one of the affordable price Trello alternatives that can be used easily without any complications, or the need to be a professional, it is available in a multilingual interface, and Arabic is Included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you try new software or SaaS, you think of a trial period; the big surprise I faced was that GitScum has no refund policy, and they do not have automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Promising, but does not deliver for professionals that have serious businesses with more than 50 clients. For small or freelance groups, you'll be up-charged all along the way. At the end of the day: you'll be wasting time and money with this less than a professional group of developers that will not support you but rather only interested in you monthy payment and your stuck with them because they'll have all of your data and work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
hidden fees, clunky platform operations, not trustworthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way you can see tasks in a Board is very nice. Has a lot of different options you can add to a particular ticket. It's very organize and has an unlimited number of projects you can create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface sometimes loads very slowly and it has room for improvement. The roles of adminitrator and user sometimes are confusing and lack a easy way of switch those roles. Lacks integration with google calendar and slack which are very important. Lacks a reminder system to help remember to move tasks that are completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the fact that creating and managing multiple projects at once is so easy through GitScrum. Having the ability to customize Tags and projects as needed is really useful as things get complicated and more demanding. I love the fact that I can link multiple projects between them and the fact that if mistakes are done Scrum is forgiving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a perpetual license myself but even I do, I kind of feel like there is a point missing within the White Label option not being available for perpetual license owners. I know that it depends on “tier” but it could be cool to have the option since a perpetual license is already owned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
