They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Gig Wage?** They were a solid tool for paying contractors and submitting taxes. **What do you dislike about Gig Wage?** They advised us that the site was under maintenance, but gave no response to any of our attempts to reach customer support. This severely disrupted our contractor payments as it occurred with no notice and, as of a week later, there has been no change or update. We are apparently too small for them to want as a client, so avoid them if you are a small operation. **What problems is Gig Wage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sent payments twice a month through their service for contractors that want a direct deposit payment solution. We also used them for tax filing. ### 2. I loved seeing the brand grow, and was always very impressed with their newsletters and marketing. They are passionate about the financial space and have big goals of helping to support it. The platform itself was very easy to use, low fees, and I loved supporting a brand that I felt in alignment with. There were of course some features I wish they had, but then soon I saw an update! It shows how dedicated they are to building something great. **What do you dislike about Gig Wage?** Ultimately we moved to Gusto for a few reasons, one to be able to store documents for each employee and contractor, along with setting up different payment schedules.
