I really enjoy the widget builder and trigger tools.
It's easy for anyone to make something that looks great and implement it quickly using Google Tag Manager.

There is poor subdomain support - you can't easily stop the widgets loading on a subdomain like blog.*
The Zapier integration only works if setup via the GSC website, not the Zapier website.
Finally, and most disappointing, is the support service. There is a good response time but I am consistently told they're unable to help. There is always a sense they are doing the minimum they can when offering support.
