
Getro's customer success team is just ... the best. They're incredibly responsive, and even if they don't have an immediate technical solve to some sort of bug, they're fantastic at playing back to us where they're at in the process of tackling it with reliable frequency. I've also just genuinely enjoyed each interaction I've had with anyone on their team – super warm and competent to boot! Finally, their actual jobs board product is a huge benefit for our work; all of the automated updates and career-page-scrapes removes SO much of what would otherwise be manual work on our end to update our own jobs board. I know their team has been working on enhancing the "trackability" of success through the jobs board, enabling users like us to better understand how and where the jobs board has been the main mechanism for a job-seeker landing any given job being promoted.
