**What do you like best about Getpin?**

I use Getpin to manage our locations on Google Maps and Bing, and it solves the problem of lack of automation when handling many locations. I like the mass editing feature, allowing me to edit all locations from one place, including adding descriptions, photos, and links. I find the support to be responsive, which is great. The presence of an API is a major plus for me since it means I don't have to manually process requests from our pharmacies, that’s almost 3000 locations. When something changes in our system, it immediately appears in Getpin. I also appreciate not having to create a location manually since everything is passed from our internal platform; I just check if it transferred without errors.

**What do you dislike about Getpin?**

I'm not sure what to say, at this moment i don't have any dislikes

Getpin automates managing multiple locations on Google Maps, eliminating manual processes. The mass editing feature and API make it easy to update and transfer data seamlessly from our internal system, reducing errors and workload when changes occur.

First of all, the convenience of managing all locations from a single dashboard and the ability to respond to all customer reviews from one platform. The Getpin team is always available, responds quickly to requests, and provides useful, well-reasoned recommendations — this is truly valuable. The platform is continuously improving, and it’s especially convenient that statistical reports for all locations can be generated quickly and in one place.

Throughout our cooperation, we haven’t encountered any issues or had any complaints about the platform or the team’s service.

**What problems is Getpin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We turned to Getpin because we didn’t have a GBP account, and our stores weren’t displayed on the map. Another important task was verifying the account. Thanks to the Getpin team, we successfully completed the verification process, added all active stores, and - most importantly - no longer needed to confirm each location individually. This significantly simplified our workflow and saved a lot of time.
We are very grateful to the team for their quick responses, attention to detail, and professional recommendations.

It would be great to have an option to send reports to different email addresses for individual locations over a selected period. And a feature that would automatically group feedback by categories, showing which problems were mentioned at which locations and over a selected period, is missing.

With the support of Getpin service we successfully update all location information centrally and restored access to previously blocked locations. We were able to unclock all locations and display accurate information on the map thanks to Getpin service and the ability to update data centrally. 
I would like to separately mention the team's service and constant support in resolving issues.
