Geor's expertise in the startup ecosystem and comprehension of how our offshore development needs may differ from those of a large publicly traded firm is, in my opinion, a major asset. Compared to other offshore vendors, I don't have to explain things to them as much because they seem to understand right away. They were very responsive and they always acted fast. In cases of emergency , when we need to scale team size, they shared new candidates very soon and we successfully increased team size. We encouraged the company to do their exams before bringing the candidate especially for the senior positions. So we will be meeting with the very short list, and most likely hire just after the meeting. Recently they started applying this and we had successful results. What I like best about them is how communicative they are in the process of matching us with the perfect video editor.
