I worked with GeoMedia for several years ago, it's a user-friendly software with full fill capabilities and tools to deal with vector and raster data. It also accet other data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Geomedia and OrthoPro for Orthophoto generation. The best advantage of Geomedia among other software is fast seamline generation. And also the option to edit seamlines in a GIS environment. This gives us the ability to create best looking orthophotos. We can compare GIS data with images and decide the features of final orthophoto.
