provides an alternative to training staff manually for entry-level stuff. most of the time, tickets raise against pretty minute and basic questions, this is an optimal scenario to fit the Genesys VA. more challenging issues can escalate further where human ingenuity and creativity are required.

setting up is as challenging as it is to use this VA. One requires a sophisticated developer or personnel team to orchestrate the integration. fine-tuning it according to the need to get the best out of it is also challenging.
